Jonah Hex Character Movie Poster Set

We’re just a few weeks away from the world premiere of the live action Jonah Hex movie adaptation, and Warner Bros. has finally decided to start aggressively marketing the film…and by aggressively I mean actually released some new one sheet movie posters. The Blot’s not exactly blown away by these character movie posters, but they are better than nothing. I just wish they were pushing Hex more in the film’s advertising. I guess they’re a little put off by his scarred face?




Jonah Hex premieres on June 18, 2010 and you can read the Jonah Hex comic book monthly from DC Comics.

Threadless - Lost Inspired T-Shirt “Smokebuster”

If there’s something strange on your island, who ya gonna call? Smokebusters! Threadless has released its second LOST inspired t-shirt this week, and as you can probably tell from my ruining of the classic Ray Parker song it’s a mash-up of LOST and Ghostbusters!

DIY Blank O-No Sushi Colorway by Andrew Bell

The fifth colorway of Andrew Bell’s popular O-No Sushi vinyl figure is here and this time it’s a do it yourself blank edition! Each DIY Blank O-No Sushi figure has articulated arms and legs, comes with two sets of replaceable eyes, one piece sushi and one bowl of tentacles. Sounds yummy, doesn’t it?


The DIY Blankn O-No Sushi stands 3 ¼” tall and comes packaged in an 8" x 5" x 2 ½" replica sushi container. The Blot doesn’t know when this all white O-No Sushi vinyl figure will be going on sale, but when it does it will retail for $22 each.

Lost Season 6 Screen Print #4 - The Candidate Cave by Guy Burwell

The fourth print in the new LOST Season 6 screen print series by Damon Carlton and a Polar Bear is “The Candidate Cave” by Guy Burwell. The Blot really digs Burwell’s style, and of the four screen prints released so far I think I like this one the best. I think it’s because it has such a comic book feel to it. Every time I look at the image below I think to myself how killer this would be as a splash page in a LOST graphic novel! You can see more of Guy Burwell’s screen prints here, including a killer poster he did for Pearl Jam earlier this month.


“The Candidate Cave” by Guy Burwell is an 18”x24” screen print, comes hand signed and numbered by the artist, and has a limited edition run size of 500 prints. You can purchase this print directly from Damon Carlton and a Polar Bear’s online store for $50 each.

In celebration of Lost's series finale, and to bring finality to the LOST ARG poster series, eight top designers and artists, who are also fans of the show, were commissioned to create artwork celebrating top moments from the 6th and final season.
