MAD has finally unveiled the first full image of the upcoming Wizard Sleeve Toys exclusive Bacon Mad’l by Sket-One, and it looks awesome! As you all know, the Mad’l is The Blot’s favorite toy platform and Sket’s Bacon character is a great addition to the Mad’l toy line.

SDCC 2010 Exclusive Barry Hubris (from The Tick) Action Figure by Shocker Toys
Another one of Shocker Toys’ four convention exclusive Indie Spotlight action figures is the Barry Hubris (from The Tick) action figure. Barry Hubris is a wannabe superhero who fought crime as the Tick, but not THE Tick. Once Barry realizes he is actually the 2nd Tick, he turns to a life of crime hell-bent on destroying the Tick we all know and love.

This year, Shocker Toys is releasing four different convention exclusive Indie Spotlight action figures. One of my favorite of these exclusives is the San Diego Comic-Con 2010 exclusive The Blank action figure. The Blank (also known as Faceless Redrum) is a member of Dick Tracy’s rogues gallery who wears a blank face mask to hide his identity…just picture DC Comics’ The Question as a bad guy!

Little Axe is the newest resin figure from Erick Scarecrow and ESC Toy. Each 6" Little Axe resin figure comes signed, numbered and packaged by Erick, and includes a removable black axe accessory. The Dark Hood colorway is an ESC Toy exclusive and is limited to just 30 pieces! Less than 30 of these figures will go on sale May 28, 2010 at 11am EST for $110 at the ESC eBay store.
The story of Little Axe: Once upon a time, there was a badass little girl that lived in a city near a forest. She was in need of gloves because her little hands were cold. She entered the forest and encountered a loud mouth wolf that boasted about how his claws could shred little girls like her into pieces. The little girl wasn't threatened but intrigued by the wolf's paws, especially since they would match her boots. They exchanged a few looks and moments later the little girl came out of the forest with a brand new glove. The wolf managed to escape and decided it was best not to mess around with little girls anymore.
