SDCC 2010 Exclusive Gwinposters Bootleg Resin Figures by October Toys

When The Blot first found out about the new SDCC exclusive Gwinposters (Gwin Imposters) resin figures from October Toys, I knew I had to blog about them. I love the concept of these bootleg figures which pay homage to some of my favorite designers and figures, including MAD’s Mad*ls, Suckadelic’s Sucklord, Kaws’ Companion and Kidrobot’s Dunny. Each bootleg figure features a sculpted and hand cast resin head on a custom painted vinyl Gwins.

SDCC 2010 Exclusive Gread Resin Figures by Lysol

Lysol will be releasing two San Diego Comic-Con 2010 exclusive colorways of his Gread resin figure, a clear Gread with blue eyes and a Zombie Gread. As you all know, The Blot’s a huge fan of clear vinyl/resin, so the clear Gread is right up my alley. But I’m also loving the Zombie Gread with its missing third eye and ghoulish skin color.

Super7 SDCC 2010 Exclusive Snakes of Infinity Figures: Light Blue Mongolion, Clear Stomp & Blue-Green Hood Zombie

Super7’s Snakes of Infinity line of designer vinyl figures make its triumphant return at San Diego Comic-Con 2010 with three killer releases, including the first SOI Zombie in quite some time. First up is L’amour Supreme’s super popular Mongolion figure. This ill tempered beast from the east invades SDCC in Clear Light Blue Vinyl with Dark Blue spray. This exclusive Mongolion will retail for $65.

Super7 San Diego Comic-Con 2010 Exclusive Clear Blue Mongolion by L'amour Supreme, Clear with Gold Glitter Stomp & Blue-Green Hood Zombie by Brian Flynn
Designed by Bryan Flynn, the San Diego Comic-Con 2010 Exclusive Stomp vinyl figure is quite possibly The Blot’s favorite Super7 exclusive. I am obsessed with Stomp’s gold glitter and red faded spray on a clear vinyl figure. The colors on this figure look incredible and really pop on Stomps clear vinyl body, which retails for $50.

And last but not least is the Hood Zombie, designed by Brian Flynn! The Blot’s first ever Super7 figure was a Hood Zombie, so it makes me very happy to see a new colorway finally produced. The San Diego Comic-Con 2010 exclusive Hood Zombie is cast in Blue-Green Vinyl with Dark Blue and White Spray, and will retail for $50 each. All three Super7 SDCC 2010 Exclusive Snakes of Infinity vinyl figures can be purchased directly from S7 at their SDCC booth #4729.
