The X-Men inspired “Jubilee” giclee print by Angry Woebots features one of Woe’s trademark panda bears with one of my all time favorite X-Men, Jubilation Lee! This is the kind of release The Blot gets really excited about! I absolutely love it when two of my passions, comic books and designer toys, are combined into a truly awesome piece of art, and Jubilee with a Woe Panda Bear is a match made in heaven!
“Jubilee” by Angry Woebots is an 11”x14” signed and numbered giclee’ print printed on 290 gsm, 100% cotton rag museum archival Mould-Made paper. “Jubilee” has a limited edition run size of just 35 prints and retails for $40 each. While Woe’s newest print was originally a Designer Con exclusive, it can now be purchased exclusively via Silent Stage Gallery's online store.

Firebreather Animated Movie Premieres Tonight on the Cartoon Network
Tonight marks the world premiere of the all new Firebreather animated movie on the Cartoon Network! The Blot’s pretty excited to finally watch this CG movie based on the Image comic book series by Phil Hester and Andy Kuhn after reading about it for months. Hester and Kuhn are two of my favorite comic book creators and Firebreather has been a consistently fun read for many years. It helps that the book has had the same creative team behind it since the beginning.
The Firebreather animated movie premiers tonight, Wednesday, November 24th at 7/6c on the Cartoon Network. The Firebreather one sheet movie poster you see above will also serve as the variant cover to Firebreather Vol. 3: Holmgang #1, which will be in stores on November 24th as well to coincide with the release of the TV movie.
Firebreather Synopsis: It's not easy being a teen like Duncan. His mom wants him to pay more attention to his homework, while his dad, a 120-foot-tall monster known as a Kaiju, wants him to become the next King of All Monsters. When these worlds collide, Duncan must use his human wits and Kaiju powers, including super strength, agility and the ability to breathe fire, to protect his family and friends from a giant monster rampage.

Sanrio x Obey Giant Hello Kitty Print by Shepard Fairey
Sanrio is really pulling out all the stops for Hello Kitty’s 50th Anniversary! First was the “Small Gift LA” group art show last week in Los Angeles, and they are following that up with the “Small Gift Miami” group art show next week. Shepard Fairey is participating in the Small Gifts Miami group art show and has created this beautiful Obey Giant x Hello Kitty Portrait Screen Print to celebrate the project and show.
If The Blot was into Hello Kitty even in the slightest this would definitely be a must get print. I mean come on, how awesome is it to see a print featuring Hello Kitty ready for a night out on the town to do some stencil graffiti!?! The Sanrio x Obey Giant Hello Kitty screen print by Shepard Fairey will be available at the show December 2-5, but you can get on the show presale list and info by sending an email to roger@rrockenterprises.com. This is an 18"x24" signed and numbered screenprint with a limited edition run size of 300 prints. Each print retails for $60.
