“Reject” Dumny Bootleg Dunnys by Sucklord
Earlier this week the Sucklord released five one-off or "Reject" versions of his popular Dumny resin figure. Each of these awesome bootleg Dunnys comes wearing the Sucklord’s trademark cape and is cast in multiple colors. Some have glitter or translucent bodies, while others feature paint splatter stylings. But what The Blot really likes the most about these figures is the cool stratified effect with two different colors of resin the Sucklord used on these figures' heads.
Made by in Suckadelic’s Chinatown factory, these one of kind “Reject” Dumny colorways are currently available on the Sucklord eBay store. Unfortunately these are all up auction style and not available via “Buy It Now.” There are over 3 days left and all five figures are currently selling for around $20-30 each. Good luck bidding!

X-Men: First Class Teaser Trailer
Of all the Marvel movies coming out this summer, Sony’s X-Men: First Class was the one The Blot was looking forward to the least. That all changed yesterday with the release of the film’s first teaser trailer! It is great in so many ways, but most of all it reminded me why I loved the X-Men movies so much. While Captain America and Thor are getting most of the hype because it’s the first time those two characters have been brought to life on the silver screen, it is the X-Men franchise that set the standard (along with the Batman franchise) of how to make a great comic book adaptation.
Truth be told, I’ve been pretty down X-Men: First Class, especially after seeing all those average still photos that leaked last month. But after seeing the trailer above my opinions have changed. It’s amazing what one good trailer can do to turn a film’s fortunes around. First Class went from being this summer’s forgotten Marvel film to the front of many fan’s "Must See" list. I’m not going to say it’ll be better than Thor or Captain America (ok just Thor, we all know Cap is going to suck), but I’m starting to think it’s got a shot!
X-Men: First Class is scheduled to premiere in theaters on June 3, 2011. The film is directed by Matthew Vaughn and stars James McAvoy as Professor Xavier, Michael Fassbender as Magneto, January Jones as Emma Frost, Kevin Bacon as Sebastian Shaw and Rose Byrne as Dr. Moira MacTaggert.

Lifetime Vannen XL Watch by Huck Gee
Earlier this week Vannen released “Lifetime,” the company’s 2nd XL watch featuring a design by Huck Gee. When Huck Gee’s “Killing Time” XL watch sold out in November, fans around the world wrote in asking for more. Since Vannen art watches are limited edition, once they’re gone they’re gone forever. But that doesn’t prohibit a 2nd colorway!
“Lifetime” features Huck’s iconic Skullhead on the face and a repeating skull and crossbones design on the strap. While “Killing Time” represented death, “Lifetime” represents life. With a pure white color palette and a crown and back case etched with the Kanji for “life,” this timepiece is all about living. Together, “Killing Time” and “Lifetime” parallel the Chinese philosophy of Yin and Yang, with life and death giving rise to each other in turn.
The release of “Lifetime” is a shared exclusive between Vannen and Vinyl on Vinyl commemorating the island gallery’s 1-year anniversary. “Lifetime” is limited to 150 pieces, retails for $85 and comes with signed and number packaging. Choose Life exclusively at VinylOnVinylGallery.com, VannenWatches.com and at Huck Gee's online store.
