SDCC 2011 Exclusive Titanium the Robot Resin Figure by Tony Montalvo

Tony “Titanium” Montalvo, sculptor of Keith Poon’s Myth Warriors and the Snackz zipper pull line, introduces his newest creation: Titanium the Robot! Titanium is Tony’s homage to every influential robot he grew up watching. In fact, Montalvo built Titanium the way Frankenstein was built, taking parts from other robots and piecing them together. What The Blot really loves about this new resin figure is that 1 of its first 2 colorways is an Iron Man tribute! The Blot loves superhero colorways for the obvious reasons, and what better place for this figure to debut than San Diego Comic-Con 2011.

Each handmade Titanium resin figure stands 12” tall, features glow in the dark eyes and chest plate, and comes painted by Tony “Titanium” Montalvo. The prices and run size of the SDCC 2011 Exclusive OG Titanium and Iron Man Titanium resin figures are currently unknown, but both will be extremely limited! So keep your eyes peeled this summer for these two killer robots.

SDCC 2011 Exclusive DC Universe Green Lantern & Sinestro 6” Mez-Itz Vinyl Figure Set

To coincide with the “Summer of Green Lantern,” Mezco Toyz will be releasing comic book versions of Hal Jordan and Sinestro as 6” Mez-Itz vinyl figures! These San Diego Comic-Con 2011 Exclusives first debuted at SDCC last summer, and The Blot was starting to wonder if these killer toys would ever see the light of day. While the previously released Green Lantern Movie 6” Mez-Itz vinyl figures are cool, I always prefer the comic book versions of my favorite characters since that’s their traditional look. Plus, you get Sinestro as a Sinestro Corp member and not a Green Lantern, which is how I prefer him. What can I say, I like my Sinestro evil!

The Mezco Toyz x DC Comics 2011 Summer Exclusive 6 inch Green Lantern and Sinestro Comic Book Edition Mez-Itz vinyl figures feature 5 points of articulation and come packaged in a sturdy collector friendly box. New 1of1 Ty_po Custom Vinyl Figures by Ryan the Wheelbarrow

Later today, Ryan the Wheelbarrow will be dropping an all new set of one of a kind ty_po custom vinyl figures! This 1of1 ty_po custom set includes various vinyl platforms, each featuring three text_ural tones of slightly controlled chaos. Wheelbarrow has applied his trademark ty_po abstract designs on a Mini Munny ($120), a Marshall ($120), two 3" Dunnys ($60 each) and two 1.5" Labbits ($35) using vintage dry transfer instant lettering with a combination of gold, GID and/or glossy spray paint.
