SF58 Exclusive “Snowgon” Ugly Unicorn by Rampage Toys

Jon Malmstedt of Rampage Toys has been working feverishly on a number of new runs for next month’s Superfestival 58 in Tokyo. I love the variety of different figures Jon’s been working with, and from the photos I’ve seen he’s really pulling out all the stops! My personal favorite is the “Snowgon” Ugly Unicorn, which was painted to resemble a Bullmark colorway of the "Return of Ultra Man" Kaiju named Snowgon. The “Snowgon” Ugly Unicorn vinyl figure features flesh colored vinyl with blue, yellow, red and black sprays.

The Superfestival 58 Exclusive “Snowgon” Ugly Unicorn has a limited edition run size of 5 figures and goes on sale January 9, 2012 at the show in Tokyo. If you aren't able to attend SF in Japan, any leftovers will be available first to the Ugly Unicorn mailing list, and after that they will go up on the Rampage Toys online store. Gremlins Screen Prints by Ken Taylor & Phantom City Creative

In the spirit of the holiday season, Mondo will be releasing both Ken Taylor's Gremlins screen print AND Phantom City Creative's Gremlins 2 screen print for sale today. In addition to these two awesome movie posters, Mondo will also be selling a gigantic, ultra posable screen printed Spider Gremlin also designed by Ken Taylor! Is this Gremlins overload or what!?!

First up is “Gremlins” by Ken Taylor, which is a 24”x36” hand numbered screen print. The Standard Edition print has a limited edition run size of 370 pieces and will retail for $45 each. The Red Variant has a limited edition run size of 115 pieces and will retail for $75 each.

“Gremlins 2” by Phantom City Creative is a 24"x36" hand numbered screen print. This movie poster has a limited edition run size of 320 pieces and will retail for $45 each. Surprisingly, “Gremlins 2” does not have a rare variant, which has become Mondo's trademark.

Last but not least is this crazy Spider Gremlin posable screen printed cutout. It comes packaged in a bag with a header card, and was handmade by Moon Editions…from the screen printing and laser cutting to the grommet assembly. This crazy figure even features 20 points of articulation! Illustrated by Ken Taylor, this screen printed Spider Gremlin cutout has a limited edition run size of 175 pieces and will retail for $75 each.

All four of these screen prints will go on sale at a random time today, Friday, December 23rd, at the Mondo online store.
