SDCC 2012 Exclusive Uncanny X-Force Marvel Legends Action Figure 3 Pack

Hasbro has this strange tendency to randomly revive old toy lines. Take, for instance, its formerly popular Marvel Legends 6” action figure line. At one point this was the most popular super hero toy line around, but the line lost its way and was eventually canceled. Hasbro’s has been attempting to revive it for the past year to very middling results. Kidrobot City ‘Bots Minis Figures by MAD

Kidrobot is lucky to call some stellar cities home, and after 10 years of loving urban living Kidrobot decided it was time to pay homage to these five great cities in the only way it knows how: vinyl. Based off of designs originally created by MAD for a line of city specific store exclusive t-shirts, Kidrobot is now releasing these City ‘Bots as 3” store exclusive mini figures.

Each 3 inch vinyl figure highlights the city where it is exclusively sold by showcasing the characteristics that the city and its citizens are famous for. Five Kidrobot retail stores have their own special ‘Bot: San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Miami and London. These fun little mini figures go on sale Thursday, June 21st, and will retail for $11.95.

SDCC 2012 Exclusive Transfromers x G.I. Joe Shockwave H.I.S.S. Tank with Destro & B.A.T. Action Figures

For the second straight year Hasbro is releasing a sick San Diego Comic-Con exclusive G.I. Joe x Transformers collaboration. This year’s exclusive is a H.I.S.S. tank designed to look like the Decepticon Soundwave and includes two action figures: Destro (wearing a Decepticon uniform) and a B.A.T. (designed using a Constructicon color scheme).

This killer set also includes Energon cubes, a mini Soundwave with cassettes, and a briefcase filled with money. This set seriously has it all!!! And once again Hasbro has decided to go with a homage to the classic Marvel comic book mini-series G.I. Joe and the Transformers for the set’s packaging artwork. The Blot’s willing to go out on a limb here and proclaim this set the coolest action figure exclusive at San Diego Comic-Con 2012.
