Yesterday, Kidrobot unveiled the first teaser image for their new line of officially licensed Mega Man vinyl figures. All we know for now is there will be Mega Man vinyl figures released sometime in 2014. The Blot’s not the biggest Mega Man fan, so this Capcom collab doesn’t really get me all that excited. And while I’m sure the figures will look great (at least in the promo photos), it begs the questions what is the future of Kidrobot? Between Mega Man, TMNT, Marvel, South Park and The Simpsons, has KR officially turned its back on designer art toys to focus almost its entire business on licensed properties? I guess we’ll find out soon enough…
