Sporting a top hat and tails and holding his signature umbrella, this awesome retro figure was developed using state of the art 3D technology by creating a highly accurate digital model of the original Kenner action figure and scaling it to a whopping 10 inches tall.
The DC Comics Super Powers Collection The Penguin Jumbo Action Figure will be made from high quality vinyl with some ABS plastic parts and features multiple points of articulation. To further capture the vintage feel, Gentle Giant has packaged this DC Comics action figure with a Super Powers Collection inspired backer card featuring original artwork in a resealable plastic outer clam shell.
