This week Bottleneck Gallery teams up with one of The Blot’s favorite artists, N.C. Winters, to release a beautiful, officially licensed Grateful Dead screen print! As BNG explains, “N.C.’s work is excruciatingly detailed and, according to him, this is his most labor intensive piece, clocking in at over 1,000 hours of work! We’re completely entranced by the brilliant layering and floral work that N.C.’s crafted for this Grateful Dead print, and he’s transformed the classic Lightning Skull into his own unique tribute to the classic band.”
Grateful Dead by N.C. Winters is an 18”x24” hand numbered screen print. The Regular Edition is a 12 color timed edition screen print on Legion Colorplan Stone paper. It retails for $60 and will be available at the Bottleneck Gallery online store from 12pm EDT today, Thursday, June 21st, through 11:59pm EDT on Sunday, June 24th. BNG is also releasing a Foil Variant today on rainbow swirl foil paper that is limited to 150 pieces and will retail for $125.
