Pop CultJerks T-Shirt Collection by Alex Pardee

Artist Alex Pardee has released a new collection of pop culture inspired t-shirt designs in his signature macabre style entitled “Pop CultJerks”. As Alex explained, it’s him “Having Fun With What I Love” while “Making Fun Of What You Love”, which is actually a pretty cool take on the pop culture genre. The Blot loves how Pardee has reimagined some of the most popular characters from the last 30 years, and..well..kills them. LOL! There’s t-shirt designs featuring Star Wars, Ren and Stimpy, Beavis and Butt-head, the Peanuts gang, RoboCop, Garfield, M.A.S.K., the Kool-Aid Man and so much more!

The Pop CultJerks T-Shirt Collection is available now at Alex Pardee’s online store. Each t-shirt is available in sizes XS-3XL and retails for $30.

Bunnywith 8” Vinyl Figure by Alex Pardee x Mighty Jaxx

The Blot was blown away when the news leaked earlier this week that Mighty Jaxx was teaming up with Alex Pardee to release a full size vinyl figure of his signature creation, the Bunnywith! It’s hard to believe Pardee created Bunnywith almost two decades ago. Since then, Bunnywith has been fortunate enough to be with thousands of things, going on countless of adventures. From comic books and plush dolls, to mobile phone games and keshi mini figures, Bunnywith has spread his infectious smile to fans of all ages with his innocent reluctance to be WITH everything he can possibly find.

You see, Bunnywith is a simple creature with a simple life. It’s that simplicity, which makes him one of the most magical critters in the universe! You see, Bunnywith’s only goal in life is to be WITH things. “What sort of things?” you might ask. Well, ANY thing actually! Big things, small things, soft things, sharp things, invisible things, living things, dead things, delicious things, gross things, dangerous things, adorable things… The list just goes on and on!

The Bunnywith vinyl figure by Alex Pardee stands 8” tall and will be available for pre-order at the Mighty Jaxx online store for 24 hours only, starting at 10am EST on Saturday, December 9th, and ending at 9:59am EST on Sunday, December 10th. The figure’s run size will be set by the number pieces sold during that 24 hour window, and each figure will be individually hand-numbered with the final edition size.

Alex Pardee x Retroband Bunnywith Bootleg Resin Action Figure

Last weekend Alex Pardee’s Bunnywith solo art show opened at Gallery 1988. While there were tons of awesome Bunnywith prints, The Blot’s personal favorite piece in the show was this Bunnywith collaboration with Retroband. The two artists teamed up to produce a bootleg resin Bunnywith action figure packaged in a retro Kenner Star Wars style blister card! The packaging is pretty sick if I do say so myself. Limited to just 20 pieces, the Alex Pardee x Retroband Bunnywith bootleg action figure comes signed and numbered by Alex and can be purchased from the Gallery 1988 online store for $150 each.
