“Can't Lose / Can't Gain” Painting Series by Pause Designs

This Thursday, October 23rd, artist Pause will be releasing a new series of paintings entitled “Can’t Lose / Can’t Gain.” These canvases continue Pause’s popular theme of animals with chainsaws, and The Blot can’t wait to see what he’s been working on! Above is a teaser of one of the pieces from the series, which features a raccoon with chainsaw arms. I love Pause’s unique style, and he really killed it with last year’s Chainsaw Panda resin figure. Pobber Artist Series T-Shirt Collection feat Kronk, Doktor A, Gary Ham & Pause

Pobber has unveiled its very first Artist Series T-Shirt Collection featuring designs by Kronk, Doktor A, Gary Ham and Pause! All four designs are pretty awesome and you definitely won’t want to miss your opportunity to pre-order these limited edition tees. First up is the Hallween themed “A Mechtorian Halloween” t-shirt by Doktor A featuring one of Dok A’s steampunk Mechtorian creations. Then there’s “Rampage” by Kronk featuring Kronk’s newest vinyl figure Bad Ass!

Then there’s the “Sylvan” t-shirt by Gary Ham, which features Gary’s newest adorable creature that originally debuted as a wooden toy prototype at SDCC. Last but not least is “Chainsaw Mummy Panda” by Pause. The now undead Chainsaw Panda is on the loose, so you’d better watch out or he will eat your brainds!

All four designs in the Pobber Artist Series T-Shirt Collection are available for pre-order via the Pobber online store for $30 each now through midnight PST on November 14. Each design is printed on American Apparel t-shirts in sizes S-2XL.

Chainsaw Panda Resin Figure by Pause & Kevin Gosselin

The Chainsaw Panda, Pause’s signature character, has been brought to life as an epic 5.5” tall resin figure by Pause and Kevin Gosselin. Each figure was sculpted, cast in solid resin, and hand assembled by Kevin Gosselin, and then shipped to Eric Pause who hand painted and packaged them. The Blot’s always so excited when a character I’ve been following online for years is finally produced as a 3D toy. I can’t think of a time I haven’t seen Pause’s Chainsaw Panda on the KR message board, and I’m really happy to see it be produced as a completely original resin figure.

The Pause x Kevin Gosselin Chainsaw Panda features articulated chainsaw arms and comes packaged in a custom hand-made and decorated wooden crate. The crates also includes a removable padlock and metal chain, a laser-etched bamboo key chain, and individually signed and numbered printed cards. Each figure has a limited edition run size of 30 pieces, will retail for $250, and can be purchased at Pause Design’s online store on February 21st at 12pm EST.
