“Skate Monkey” Screen Print by Dalek x House of Roulx

Today, House of Roulx will be releasing a killer Dalek “Skate Monkey” capsule collection, which includes a skateboard, t-shirt, trading card, sticker, and this rad screen print! The “Skate Monkey” by Dalek is an 18”x24” signed and numbered 12 color screen print on 130lb archival stock paper. The Regular Edition is limited to 75 pieces and will retail for $80. There is also a Hand Painted Multiple Edition (painted by Dalek!) that is limited to just 15 pieces and will retail for $200. The entire Dalek “Skate Monkey” capsule collection goes on sale at noon ET today, Monday, December 11th, at HouseOfRoulx.com.

Each screen print order also includes a matching “Skate Monkey” limited edition trading card and die-cut sticker. 1,000 total “Skate Monkey” trading cards were produced with 99 being signed limited editions, featuring a foil-stamped sequential number. Kranky Mini Figure Blind Box Series 1 by Superplastic

The Blot was thrilled to learn yesterday that Superplastic is releasing a new blind box artist series of Kranky mini figures!!! Kranky is an awesome mash-up by Sket One of Superplastic’s Janky platform vinyl figure with a Krylon spray can. For Kranky Series One, Superplastic has enlisted 14 amazing graffiti and street artists to put their unique art styles onto the Kranky platform.  The Blot especially loves to see how they’ve incorporated the removable cap into their designs.

Each Kranky mini figure is 3.5” of soft vinyl, features a removable cap and actually rattle just like your favorite spray paint cans! Artists in Kranky Series One include 123Klan, ADD FUEL, CHEO, Clogtwo, CRAOLA, Dalek, DELVS, Flying Fortress, MIST, REDS, Scribe, Sket One, TooFly and a mystery artist. This Saturday, UNheardof will be releasing its retailer exclusive colorway of Dalek’s new Space Monkey vinyl figure! Produced by UVDToys, the Pink Space Monkey is an UNheardof exclusive, includes 5 weapons, and stands 7” tall. It is limited to just 50 pieces and retailed for $150.  For this release the weapons will include a knife, clever, mallet, axe and a baseball bat as an ode to Cincinnati’s baseball history.  All will come with a blood splat detail, which is exclusive to this release!

Along with the figure’s release, UNheardof is also releasing an exclusive Space Monkey screen print by Dalek!  It is an 18”x24” signed and numbered 22 color screen print limited to just 50 pieces as well.  Unfortunately, this is going to be an extremely hard release to score. 

UNheardof will be inviting 25 if it’s top instore customers from 2020 to the release event on October 24th with Dalek in the house as a thank you for their support this year. All invites will be required to wear a mask and social distances in store.  The other 25 figures will be raffled off to UNheardof’s online customer database for 2020. So if you have ever supported their online store in 2020 you are automatically entered into the raffle. If you have not, then you have until today, Friday, October 23rd, at 7pm to do so. Yesterday, Dalek (aka James Marshall) released a new Space Monkey screen print entitled “Space Monkey (Emanation 1)”. How can you not love this new design!?! The Blot always loves seeing Dalek’s fresh takes on his iconic Space Monkey character. The colors and amazing geometric shapes really pop on this print!

Printed by Industry Print Shop, Space Monkey (Emanation 1) is an 18”x24” signed and numbered 14 color screen print on French Paper Co construction 100lb cover stock. Limited to just 60 pieces, this print retailed for $65 at the Dalek online store but is sadly now sold out.
