Mondo Celebrates the 40th Anniversary of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial with 2 Prints by artists La Boca & Anne Benjamin!

Mondo is commemorating the 40th anniversary of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial with a pair of beautiful new movie posters by artists La Boca and Anne Benjamin. As Mondo explained, “Whether it’s the more adventure-driven aspects or the interpersonal relationships and themes of the film that you love, we’ve got you covered.” Both prints will go on sale at 11am CT on Thursday, September 22nd, at MondoShop.com via The Drop.

E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial by La Boca is a 24”x36” hand numbered screen print. It is limited to 265 pieces and will retail for $60.

E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial by Anne Benjamin is a 24”x36” hand numbered screen print. It is limited to 215 pieces and will retail for $60.

SDCC 2019 Exclusive The Great Showdowns Prints by Scott C. x Gallery Nucleus

Scott C. will be setting up shop at Gallery Nucleus’ SDCC booth #2015 next week, where he will be releasing a different San Diego Comic-Con 2019 Exclusive The Great Showdowns print each day! SDCC 2019 Exclusive The Great Showdowns E.T. Resin Figure Set by Scott C x DKE Toys

At San Diego Comic-Con 2019, DKE Toys will be releasing the newest resin figure set in Scott C’s epic The Great Showdowns Series! The Great Showdowns are a series of paintings, art shows, and books depicting classic pop culture good guys and bad guys. For this release, Scott C has teamed up with George Gaspar of Double G who sculpted these awesome E.T. figures of everyone’s favorite extra-terrestrial and its beloved Speak and Spell computer toy.

The San Diego Comic-Con 2019 Exclusive The Great Showdowns E.T. Resin Figure Set by Scott C includes two hand cast and hand painted resin figures on a full color blister card signed by the artist. Limited to just 50 sets, collectors can purchase this limited edition exclusive at the DKE Toys SDCC booth #2643 for $100.

E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial Screen Print by John Alvin x Bottleneck Gallery x Justin Ishmael x Vice Press

Bottleneck Gallery, Justin Ishmael and Vice Press are teaming up with artist Andrea Alvin and the John Alvin Estate to release a new series of movie poster screen prints based on John’s iconic movie posters. John Alvin’s legendary career is unmatched in cinema illustration / design as he created art and theatrical posters for legendary films like Gremlins, Blade Runner and E.T. To kick things off, BNG, ISH and Vice Press will be releasing this amazing movie poster for E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial!

The E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial screen print is sourced from Alvin’s original art and files from John's archive, and will be approved, not only by the studio, but by Andrea Alvin with a signed and embossed certificate. This E.T. screen print will be available as a timed-edition release, alongside a limited variant, from Thursday, April 18th, at 12pm EDT through Monday, April 22nd, at 12pm EDT at BottleneckGallery.com and Vice-Press.com.

E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial by John Alvin is a 24”x36” hand numbered 9 color screen print. The Timed Edition will retail for $75, while the Foil Variant is limited to 225 pieces and will retail for $100.

NYCC 2018 Exclusive E.T. Movie Poster Screen Print by Laurent Durieux x Bottleneck Gallery

That’s because they’re releasing three of their New York Comic Con 2018 exclusives online, including this amazing E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial Movie Poster Screen Print by Laurent Durieux. The New York Comic Con 2018 Exclusive E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial by Laurent Durieux is a 24”x36” hand numbered glow in the dark screen print. The Regular Edition is limited to 350 pieces and retails for $65, while the Variant is limited to 150 pieces and retails for $75. Both versions will only be available at the Bottleneck Gallery online store, and go on sale at 12pm EDT today, Wednesday, October 3rd.

Mondo continues to announce its limited edition exclusives for MondoCon 2017, which is taking place this weekend (November 4-5) in Austin, Texas. Check out this wonderful E.T. the Extra-Terrestial movie poster by Jim Titus! This officially licensed screen print measures 18”x24” and is limited to 325 pieces. Fans can purchase it at Mondo’s MondoCon booth for $50.

Classic Sci-Fi Mystery Minis Blind Box Series by Funko

Funko has announced their newest line of Mystery Minis blind box series, and it has to be setting some kind of record for most licensed properties ever in a blind box toy line! The Classic Sci-Fi Mystery Minis Series includes adorable 2.5” versions of iconic characters from science fiction movies and television shows such as Predator, Alien, Mars Attacks Alien, Judge Dredd, Robby the Robot, Robocop, Star Trek’s Spock, B-9 from Lost in Space, Tron, Metaluna Mutant, E.T., The Rocketeer, and Mal and Jayne from Firefly/Serenity!

The Classic Sci-Fi Mystery Minis Series also includes a couple of sweet glow in the dark, clear, metallic and blood splattered variants. While most figures have a 1/12 ratio, there are a few harder to find designs that feature 1/36 and 1/72 ratios making this one of the harder Mystery Minis Series to complete.

The Classic Sci-Fi Minis Blind Box Series is not scheduled to hit store shelves later this month (September 2014), but you can pre-order it now from Entertainment Earth! SDCC 13 Exclusive “80’s ABCs” Screen Print by Dave Perillo

Dave Perillo has a number of awesome San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Exclusive prints releasing later this week, including “80’s ABCs” a venerable Smörgåsbord of the pop culture goodness! This stunning E.T. screen print by Dan McCarthy is a perfect example of McCarthy’s amazing art. Every piece by him is more breathtaking than the last. Add in a cute little extraterrestrial and you’ve got a must buy in The Blot’s book! Originally released in conjunction with the Alamo Drafthouse’s Summer of 1982 movie series, the remaining prints will be going on sale at a random time today, Thursday, June 14th, at Mondo’s online store.

E.T. by Dan McCarthy is a 36"x24" hand numbered screen print. The Standard Edition has a limited edition run size of 375 pieces and will retail for $45, while the Variant has a limited edition run size of 145 pieces and will retail for $75.
