Nephilim Resin Figure by Etc Toys x Psykotik

Check out this super rad new resin figure, Nephilim, from Etc Toys and Psykotik! This original sculpt stands a whopping 7” tall and is 11oz of sold resin. The first run of this exciting new figure drops at 5pm EST today, Monday, February 5th, at the Etc Toys online store, and will be available in three colorways!

There’s a really cool Whale Bone Edition Nephilim ($55), which is cast in black resin and features a spooky white rub, an unpainted Black Edition ($45), and a 1-off Skeletor Edition ($100) based on the iconic He-Man and the Masters of the Universe villain. The Blot really loves the way this figure turned out, and I’ve got a feeling diehard Etc Toys fans and resin collectors in general are going to be desperately trying to add a Nephilim to their collections later today!

Just in time for the United States’ 2016 presidential election, ETC Toys has released this hilarious Skeletor for President resin mini busts kitbashed and sculpted by Ultimate Skull and Cobra. This fantastic bootleg presidential bust stands a whopping 7” tall and weighs almost a pound! The first 15 Skeletor for President mini busts are available now at the ETC Toys online store in a variety of painted colorways and select 1-offs for $70-60 each.

Buddhamorph Alien x Buddha Resin Figure by ETC Toys

Our friends at ETC Toys (aka Extra-Truckestrial Custom Toys) have released their newest pop culture inspired bootleg Buddha resin figure, and it’s a beauty! The Buddhamorph is a mash-up of the classic Buddha figure with Alien’s signature xenomorph, the Big Chap. Kitbashed figures like this don’t always work, but ETC Toys knocked it out of the park with this one. It seriously looks almost like a production figure. I don’t know how they got the Big Chap head to be perfectly in-scale with the Buddha body.

Painted “Boddhak” Masters of the Universe Buddha Resin Figure by ETC Toys & Kevin Watts

Last Week, ETC Toys (aka Extra-Truckestrial Custom Toys) released its first wave of painted Boddhak resin figures! Hand painted by Kevin Watts, Boddhak is the second figure in ETC Toys’ really fun Buddhas of the Universe bootleg resin figure series. It’s a mash-up of the classic Buddha figure with She-Ra’s archnemesis, Hordak. The Blot’s a big fan of ETC Toys’ Masters of the Universe bootleg figures and this painted series looks fantastic. Watts did a great job evoking Hordak’s signature MOTU costume, don’t you think?

The Painted Boddhak 3” resin figure by ETC Toys and Kevin Watts is currently available via the ETC Toys online store for $40. Only 6 figures were created for this wave, but look for more painted Buddhas of the Universe resin figures coming soon!

Painted “BuddhaTor” Masters of the Universe Buddha Resin Figure by ETC Toys & Kevin Watts

Yesterday, ETC Toys (aka Extra-Truckestrial Custom Toys) released its very first wave of painted BuddhaTor resin figures! Hand painted by Kevin Watts, BuddhaTor is a killer mash-up of the classic Buddha figure with He-Man’s sworn enemy, the evil Skeletor. The Blot’s a big fan of ETC Toys’ Buddhas of the Universe bootleg resin figures and this painted series turned out great. You can really see the all of the little details in the sculpt now thanks to Watts’ spot-on paint job.

The Painted BuddhaTor by ETC Toys and Kevin Watts is currently available via the ETC Toys online store in two sizes. The Small version stands approximately 1.5-2” tall and retails for $25, while the Medium version stands 3” tall and retails for $40. Only 6 figures were created for this wave, but look for more painted Buddhas of the Universe resin figures to be released soon!

The Blot’s a sucker for a good pop culture inspired bootleg Buddha resin figure. I’ve got a few pretty cool ones in my collection, and I’m always on the lookout to add to them. So of course my jaw hit the ground when I found out about this awesome new series of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe bootleg Buddhas by ETC Toys (aka Extra-Truckestrial Custom Toys). The first release in the Buddhas of the Universe series is BuddhaTor, which is a mash-up of the classic Buddha figure with Eternia’s evil Skeletor.

There are currently a bunch of glow in the dark colorways of the BuddhaTor resin figure available for purchase at the ETC Toys online store on sale for just $10! How can you beat that!?! These figures look to be 1.5”-2” tall and come bagged with a header card designed by the infamous Justin John Lebowitz from Doom Toys and The Resin Syndicate. Can’t wait to see one of these in person!
