SDCC 2018 Exclusive The Gifted Season 2 “Mutant Vision” Teaser Posters

FOX will be promoting season 2 of their popular Marvel’s X-Men television series, The Gifted, with a new series of “Mutant Vision” teaser posters!!! Not only will FOX be giving away these really cool, almost 3D looking, The Gifted Season 2 teaser television posters featuring the series’ entire cast at their SDCC booth #4229, but they have also posted some really cool interactive artwork around San Diego.

According to an article on IGN, “To represent the duality of the new season, fans can download an exclusive Gifted Snapchat filter that will allow them to see the art in a whole new way. While in selfie mode, you'll get a look at yourself with glowing “mutant vision”, and when using your back camera, red and blue filters will allow you to unlock new dimensions of the images. Fox will also be handing out physical filter gel cards that you can hold up to your eyes - so even if you're not on Snapchat, you'll still be able to unlock the images, which will also be featured at the Omni Hotel and wrapped around the trolleys on the Green Line (which stop outside the Convention Center and at the Gaslamp Quarter).”

The Gifted Season 2 premieres on Tuesday, September 25th, at 8pm and stars Stephen Moyer as Reed Strucker, Amy Acker as Caitlin Strucker, Sean Teale as Eclipse, Jamie Chung as Blink, Blair Redford as Thunderbird, Coby Bell as Jace Turner, Emma Durmont as Polaris, Percy Hynes White as Andy Strucker, Natalie Alyn Lind as Lauren Strucker, and Skyler Samuels as the Frost Triplets.

Marvel’s The Gifted X-Men TV Series Teaser Posters

The new television show The Blot is most looking forward to this fall is Marvel’s upcoming X-Men series, The Gifted! The trailer coming out of San Diego Comic-Con 2017 last weekend looks fantastic, and has me really excited for this new show. I love the idea of a more grounded, street level look at mutants in a world where the X-Men do (or did?) exist, but is separate from the X-Men movie universe.

Along with LEGION on FX, FOX and Marvel seem to really know what they’re doing bringing the mutant corner of the Marvel Universe to the small screen. What really blew me away was that the series will be starring some well known X-Men characters, such as Polaris, Thunderbird and Blink – plus an all new mutant created for the show, Eclipse. Look for The Gifted on FOX this Fall 2017!

Kidrobot has teamed up with FOX to launch a new Bob’s Burgers vinyl toy series, and is kicking it off with the baddest burger-loving middle child of the Belcher’s, Gene, in Beefsquatch form! The new Bob’s Burgers Beefsquatch 7” vinyl figure includes Gene’s removable sasquatch mask and megaphone. Marvel's Legion X-Men Television Series Teaser Poster

Next year FOX will be launching its first of what The Blot can only assume many new X-Men television shows. They’re kicking off the new X-Men television universe with Legion on FX! Long time Marvel fans will instantly recognize the name Legion as the mutant antihero (and sometimes villain) with dissociative identity disorder that also just happens to be Professor Charles Xavier’s son. Legion is scheduled to premiere on February 8, 2017, and FOX has just realized this beautiful one sheet television poster to promote the new series.

Legion Official Synopsis: Legion, based on the Marvel Comics by Chris Claremont and Bill Sienkiewicz, is the story of David Haller (Dan Stevens) – a troubled young man who may be more than human.

Diagnosed as schizophrenic as a child, David has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years. Now in his early 30s and institutionalized once again, David loses himself in the rhythm of the structured regimen of life in the hospital: breakfast, lunch, dinner, therapy, medications, sleep. I’ve got a confession, The Blot is super behind on my television watching. I’ve got so many shows to catch up on, but I finally finished Gotham Season 2 last week! I had been really down on the first half of Gotham S2, but Season 2.5 really turned things around. And with the Fish Mooney, the sky is the limit for Gotham Season 3! Plus, how can you not be excited about the coming of the Court of Owls?
