For the second year in a row, Skybound has debuted a new Invincible action figure by McFarlane Toys at Emerald City Comic Con. This year’s Invincible release is one of the most iconic female superheroes of all time, Atom Eve! Fans still reeling from the end of the long running Image comic book series by Robert Kirkman (co-creator) and artists Cory Walker (co-creator) and Ryan Ottley will definitely want to get their hands on fantastic looking 5” action figure. ECCC Debut Invincible Mark Grayson Action Figure by Skybound x McFarlane Toys

Comic book fans clamoring for a line of action figures based on the popular Image series Invincible by Robert Kirkman (co-creator) and artists Cory Walker (co-creator) and Ryan Ottley can finally rejoice. That’s because at Emerald City Comicon 2017, Skybound will be debuting the very first Invincible action figure of super hero Mark Grayson by McFarlane Toys! The Invincible action figure will be available in two colorways, Classic Costume or Ultra Bloody, comes packaged in a full color blister card, and includes a set of alternate hands.

The Invincible Mark Grayson Action Figure by McFarlane Toys makes its debut next weekend at the Skybound ECCC booth #1510, where collectors can purchase both versions of the figure for $25 each. After the show, the Invincible figure will be made available for purchase online exclusively at the Skybound online store.

SDCC 16 Exclusive Skybound Enamel Pin Series 1 by Yesterdays - The Walking Dead, Saga, Invincible & Manifest Destiny

Skybound is teaming up with the popular California collectible enamel pin company Yesterdays to release Skybound’s first ever pin series exclusively at San Diego Comic-Con 2016! Each limited edition pin features iconic art from comics like The Walking Dead, Invincible, Saga and Manifest Destiny!

There will be 7 San Diego Comic-Con 2016 Exclusive Skybound Enamel Pins available at the main Skybound SDCC booth #2729 featuring artwork from The Walking Dead, Manifest Destiny, and Invincible. Each pin is limited to 1,000 pieces and are $10 each.

At the Saga Shop SDCC booth #2629B, there will also be a Ghus pin and a special 2 pin set celebrating the galaxy’s favorite feline, Lying Cat, along with her favorite catchphrase “Lying”. Both Ghus and the Lying Cat 2 Pin set are limited to 1,000 pieces. Ghus will retail for $10, while the Lying Cat set is $15.

Skybound really stepped up their designer vinyl figure game this year, and I hope we see more of this type of collaboration with Tolleson.

SDCC 15 Exclusive Skybound Minis 8” Vinyl Figures by Scott Tolleson - The Walking Dead, Invincible & Outcast

Last year at San Diego Comic-Con Skybound release two 3” mini vinyl figures designed by Scott Tolleson of The Walking Dead’s Rick Grimes and Invincible. This year Skybound and Tolleson are going bigger…bigger as in three 8” vinyl figures based on three of Skybound’s most popular comic books: The Walking Dead, Invincible and Outcast by Kirkman and Azaceta.

It’s unclear how different these figures will be compared to last year’s Skybound Minis release (seen in the picture above), but The Blot can’t wait to get his hands on 8” vinyl figures of The Walking Dead’s Rick Grimes, Invincible’s Mark Grayson and Outcast’s Kyle Barnes! Each figure will come in a standard color pattern and a short packed color variant. Although you’ll know which comic book character you’re buying based on the figure’s packaging, the figures will be sold blind box style in that you won’t know exactly which colored version of the figure you’ll be getting.

SDCC 14 Exclusive The Walking Dead x Invincible Skybound Mini Figure 2 Pack by Scott Tolleson

Skybound has teamed up with Scott Tolleson to produce a new line of mini figures based on the popular comic books of Robert Kirkman! The first ever Skybound Minis will be released in just a few weeks as a San Diego Comic-Con 2014 exclusive. The SDCC Exclusive 2 Pack is a limited edition double blind box set of Skybound Minis featuring Rick Grimes from The Walking Dead and Invincible from the self titled series. Designed by Scott Tolleson, each figure will come in one of six possible colors.

The San Diego Comic-Con 2014 Exclusive Skybound Mini 2 Pack featuring Rick Grimes and Invincible is limited to 5,000 sets and will retail for $20 per set exclusively at the Skybound SDCC booth #2729.

Invincible Minimates Box Set

Diamond Select Toys and Art Asylum have teamed up with The Walking Dead’s creator Robert Kirkman and Skybound Entertainment once again to produce a new box set of Minimates based on Kirkman’s popular Image comic book series Invincible! If you’ve never read Invincible, it’s one of the greatest superhero sagas ever told! Invincible tells the story of a half-alien hero living in the shadow of his famous father. DST commemorates the 100th issue of Invincible by releasing this awesome box set, which includes Invincible, Atom Eve, Omni-Man and Allen the Alien.

Each figure in the Invincible Minimates Box Set stands 2” tall and features 14 points of articulation. The Invincible Minimates 4 Pack is not expected to hit store shelves until November 2013, but collectors can pre-order it now from Entertainment Earth for $17.99 here.
