Leanna Lin’s Wonderland is kicking off 2014 with a group exhibition of monstrous proportions! Get ready for a roaring good time at the Supahcute Kaiju Show where you’ll find a collection of cute monsters and irresistible strange beasts. Curator of Cute Hana Kim (of Supahcute) has gathered some of her favorite artists to prove the theory that even monsters can be cute. Prepare to fall in love with some of the most adorable creatures you’ll ever see!

The Supahcute Kaiju Show features new works by 100% Soft, Camilo Bejarano, Catmandru!, Christopher Lee, Fat Rabbit Farm, Genevieve Santos, Jared Andrew Schorr, Jerrod Maruyama, Tony Bui, Vanessa Ramirez, and Varinya Nunez. See more previews from the show here.

The opening reception will take place at Leanna Lin’s Wonderland on Saturday, January 18th, from 6-10pm. The first 10 people to spend $20 or more on art at the show will receive a free goodie bag. The event will also include a Supahcute Pop-Up featuring a fun exclusive designed by Jerrod Maruyama.

For the first time ever our friends at Supahcute will have a booth at Designer Con and they’ll be sharing it with artist Vanessa Ramirez! Supahcute is bringing to DCon original artwork and limited edition prints by the supah talented artists Jared Andrew Schorr and Jerrod Maruyama. Fans of the wonderful worlds of Studio Ghibli will no doubt recognize the theme running through Jared and Jerrod’s pieces for DCon. Pretty awesome work all the way around!
