Super7’s San Diego Comic-Con 2012 Exclusives

Every year The Blot is blown away by both the quality and the volume of San Diego Comic-Con exclusives Super7 releases. Thankfully this year is no different, with 14 different releases including two all new figures! SDCC 2012 marks the first release of both Brian Flynn’s Pocket Baseball Boy and Joshua Herbolsheimer’s Fossilla. Super7 is also releasing a killer Skeletor colorway of its popular Pumpkin Boy figure, a GID Taoking colorway and a Rose Vampire Casket Cruiser Chocolate Racer! And don’t get me started on the six Monster Family figures Super7 is dropping this week, including a beautiful Glittering Pink Frederick the Beetle by Bwana Spoons and a Translucent Grey Glitter Power Mister (The Blot’s personal favorite Super7 vinyl colorway).

DCon 2011 Exclusive Custom Vinyl Figures by Nebulon5

Nebulon5 has been working overtime preparing for next weekend’s Designer Con! The California artist has really taken his painting skills to the next level by applying his unique style to a huge variety kaiju inspired vinyl figures. The Blot especially loves the Neb5’s color scheme for these custom figures, which includes tons of pinks, reds, purples and greens. There’s definitely a little something for everyone, including a Boss Carrion, Mongolions, Rose Vampires, a Rose Vampire DX, Miltons and so much more!

Super7 Strawberry GID Foster & Purple Puncher Power Mister by Sun-Min & David Horvath

This one’s a week late, but these latest two releases from Super7 were just too cute to ignore. Power Mister by Sun-Min & David Horvath is a bit blue in the face as he is still having difficulty getting his gloves off. This purple puncher is ready to take over the world but will settle for being your best friend for now. Purple Puncher Power Mister ($35) is cast in lavender vinyl with dark blue, silver and light green sprays.

Sandwiched between two glow in the dark cookies, this bright pink strawberry filled Foster will melt your heart if not in your hand. The Strawberry Pink Filled GID Foster ice cream sandwich ($25) is cast in glow vinyl with pink sprays. Power Mister and Foster are both currently available for purchase at the Super7 online store.

Glow Blind Power Mister by David Horvath & Sun-Min Kim

Power Misters may be all smiles, but they have mischief on the brain. They're just itching to take over the world, or at least throw a wrench in your plans. The Glow Blind Power Misters are cast in Glow-in-the-Dark vinyl with one of two blind-bagged sprays! The Meltdown GID Power Mister is glow vinyl with orange, red and white spray, while the Fancy GID Power Mister is glow vinyl with red, white, metallic green, blue and purple spray.

Translucent Pink Power Mister by David Horvath & Sun-Min Kim

This December marks the release of just the 2nd painted Power Mister vinyl figure David Horvath and Sun-Min Kim! Power Mister is all smiles up front, but pure evil underneath. Mischief and mayhem are on his agenda, as long as he doesn't get his hands dirty. This Super7 Monster Family figure was cast in translucent pink vinyl with white, yellow and blue sprays.

Super7 SDCC 2010 Exclusive Monster Family Figures: Green Rose Vampire, Purple Big Sal, Black Garuru & Yellow Fire Robo

Not only is Super7 releasing three different Monster Family sets which each contain three different unpainted light green figures at SDCC, the San Francisco based toy company is also releasing painted versions of many of those same figures (in different colors) for just $30 each at the Super7 SDCC booth #4729!
