“I’ll Keep You Close” Sickling Screen Print by Yosiell Lorenzo

Last week Yosiell Lorenzo released his very first screen print based on his popular Sickling resin figures entitled “I’ll Keep You Close”! The Blot seriously loves this design. It’s just the perfect mix of cute and creepy! “I’ll Keep You Close” is a 12”x12” hand numbered and signed screen print, which features brown ink on cream paper and is limited to 50 pieces. Orphan Rags T-Shirt Collection by Yosiell Lorenzo

Every orphan needs protection from the chilly fall nights! Talented artist San Francisco artist Yosiell Lorenzo has designed two different orphan rags t-shirts to keep you warm as days get shorter and shorter. The first Orphan Rag t-shirt is derived from one of Yosiell’s favorite personal designs, “Bury Your Secrets”. The image is white ink printed on a black American Apparel t-shirt.

The second design in Yosiell’s Orphan Rag Collection is an original design entitled “Spirit Board Vessel”. This release features dark brown ink printed on a cream colored American Apparel t-shirt. The Blot’s always been a huge fan of Yosiell’s work, and I love how easily he’s able to take these cutesy characters and put them in such dark situations with simplistic imagery. Lorenzo really hit it out of the park with his new Orphans Rags Collection!

The Candy Corn Sickling Resin Figure by Yosiell Lorenzo

Yosiell Lorenzo’s popular Sicklings are back and better than ever!!! While Halloween might be over, it’s always a good time for candy corn and I think Yosiell’s Sicklings would agree. These creepy, yet cute, little monsters will definitely make the perfect sweet addition to anyone’s collection. Each Candy Corn Sickling is made from hand cast resin, and comes with a burlap sack for warmth and a candy corn treat for snacking. Each figure stands 4.5” tall and comes signed and numbered by the artist. But act fast, because only 12 Candy Corn Sicklings have been created. The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse MAQET by Yosiell Lorenzo

The Blot just found out about MAQET's latest release, and it’s a beauty. But don’t take my word for it, check out Yosiell Lorenzo's Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse! Produced by Jeremy Brautman and Keith Cottingham at MAQET, the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are a 3D extension of the iconography used in Yosiell Lorenzo’s amazing paintings.

To be quite honest I had never heard of MAQETs before. Turns out they’re made of Plastin, a porcelain-like material with a smooth, shiny finish, and each approximately 4” figure comes individually numbered. The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse by Yosiell Lorenzo include the Anti-Christ (white), War (red), Famine (grey) and Death (pale green). You can purchase the entire set for $220 or a horseman individually for $65 through the MAQET online store. But if you’re interested in one I recommend acting quickly. Happy Panda Toys x Project Detonate Poison Sweet Vinyl Figures

Happy Panda Toys recently released its very first designer toy! Designed by artist Project Detonate, the Poison Sweet vinyl figure stands almost 6" tall and comes with a cupcake accessory in a full color display box. The Blot’s a cupcake fiend, so you know this vinyl figure is right up my alley. Besides the colorful Standard Edition Poison Sweet figure, Happy Panda Toys has also released the black and white Mono Edition Poison Sweet, the figure’s second and last colorway.

The Poison Sweet vinyl figure by Project Detonate has a limited edition run size of 500 pieces and retails for $60, while the Mono Edition Poison Sweet has a limited edition run size of 250 pieces and retails for $65.
