DC Collectibles is releasing a new Aardman style Batman action figure at New York Comic-Con 2012 based on the hilarious DC Nation stop-motion animated shorts that have been running on the Cartoon Network this past year during DC Comics' block of programming. Designed by Rich Webber and sculpted by Phil Ramirez, the Aardman Batman action figure is a spot on replica of the figures used to make the DC Nation shorts. And if you think this little Batman figure looks like something out of a Wallace and Gromit cartoon, you’d be right! Aardman Animations is the same British animation studios that created the Wallace and Gromit series.
The New York Comic-Con 2012 Exclusive Aardman Batman action figure by DC Collectibles can be purchased at Graphitti Designs’ NYCC booth #939 for $25 each.
