Tenacious Toys is teaming up with Bigshot Toys for an early release of a blue colorway of their new 4” sofubi figure, Shi-Shi the Tiny Guardian, this weekend at Five Points Festival 2019! With inspiration drawn from the legendary and formidable guardian lion statues that are ubiquitous across China, Bigshot Toys Creative Director Klim K. pondered the backstory of the little baby cub traditionally depicted under the mother lion’s paw. Klim and his team decided to explore that story, enchanted by the subtle nuances of the family dynamic of guardian lions.

The Five Points Festival 2019 Exclusive Shi-Shi the Tiny Guardian Blue Sofubi by Bigshot Toys is the third colorway of Shi-Shi – the first two were a translucent Plum and a Sakura pink, which were released at Thailand Toy Expo. Limited to just 30 pieces, collectors can purchase this adorable new figure at the Tenacious Toys / The 3D Hero booth #426 this weekend for $45.
