Bottleneck Gallery and artist Andy Fairhurst are teaming up to release this epic new “Mario Perspective” Print Series inspired by Nintendo’s Mario Kart! As BNG explained, “Andy Fairhurst is back with a set of prints dedicated to, and inspired by, our favorite racing game, Mario Kart. We’ve spent decades skidding on banana peels, getting obliterated by blue shells, and mushroom-boosting ourselves into oblivion, and Andy’s set of prints is the ultimate homage to our love for the chaotic kart racer. Featuring a fun mixture of sprite-based art and slick scenery, Andy’s set offers a unique perspective on a classic game!”
The “Mario Perspective” Print Series by Andy Fairhurst includes three prints – “Mario”, “Luigi” and “Peach”. Each is a 12”x24” hand numbered fine art giclee print. The Regular Edition of each print is limited to 75 pieces and will retail for $40 (or $110 for a 3 print matching number set). There is also a Foil Variant on Rainbow Holo Foil paper, which is limited to 50 pieces each and will retail for $50 ($140 for a set), and an Acrylic Panel Print Edition on a 4mm thick acrylic panel with archival pigment inks, which is limited to 25 pieces each and will retail for $60 ($170 for a set).
