Artist Matt Gondek’s newest vinyl figure – Anger Issues – will be released exclusively at the opening of his new solo exhibition, CONTROL, on November 16th at Avenue des Arts Gallery in Los Angeles. Inspired by Disney’s Donald Duck, the Anger Issues vinyl figure is limited to just 300 pieces.

CONTROL is Matt Gondek’s biggest exhibition ever! It will include 13 new canvas paintings, 10, 8, and 4 foot sculptures, vinyl figures, and ink drawings. Matt will also have every print he’s ever released on display. CONTROL opens on Saturday, November 16th, from 4-8pm at 807 Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles CA 90014. The solo show will be on display until January 11th.

Last week Avenue des Arts released this epic Pink Panther print “The Best Revenge” by Matt Gondek! As with all Gondek releases these days, this beautiful print of the iconic Pink Panther deconstructed in Gondek's signature style sold out in almost no time fast. “The Best Revenge”, available in a Pink Edition and a Black Edition, is a 22”x28” signed and numbered print on Somerset Velvet Fine Art Paper. Each piece includes a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity. The Pink Edition is limited to 300 pieces and retailed for $150, while the Black Edition is limited to 150 pieces and retailed for $250.

Later this month, Matt Gondek will be releasing the third and final colorway of his uber-popular Mickey Mouse inspired “Deconstructed Mouse” vinyl figure! But there’s a catch, this awesome Deconstructed Mouse colorway will only be available at Gondek’s New York pop up shop – a collaboration with Avenue des Arts – at Caden (55 Chrystie Street, New York, NY 10002) from May 30th through June 3rd.

Earlie this week Matt Gondek unveiled on his Instagram page the second colorway of his Mickey Mouse inspired “Deconstructed Mouse” vinyl figure! Produced by ToyQube, the Mono Edition Deconstructed Mouse features a killer black, white and grey color scheme. This figure will debut next month when Gondek’s Hong Kong pop up shop opens on March 26th at Avenue des Arts. Limited to just 300 pieces, half of the Mono Deconstructed Mouse’s run will be available at the pop up shop, with the rest sold online at a later date.
