Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone Screen Print by Laurent Durieux x Bottleneck Gallery

Today, Bottleneck Gallery is taking us to King’s Cross Station courtesy of Laurent Durieux’ new Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone poster! As BNG explained, “Laurent’s newest print offers a classy interpretation of a classic Harry Potter moment from the epic series’ beginning. Laurent’s print depicts a rushing Harry racing to catch his train on the infamous platform 9 ¾ in King’s Cross Station. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone kicked off a magical journey, and we’re excited to do the same with Laurent.”

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by Laurent Durieux is a 24”x36” hand numbered screen print. The Regular Edition is limited to 650 pieces and will retail for $75, while the Variant is limited to 350 pieces and will retail for $95. Fans can also purchase a matching number set of prints for $170. There is also an Acrylic Panel Print of the Regular and Variant Editions on a 4mm thick acrylic panel with archival pigment inks. The Regular Edition Acrylic Panel Print is limited to 50 pieces, while the Variant is limited to 35 pieces. Each retails for $125. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone Screen Print by Drew Struzan x Bottleneck Gallery

Bottleneck Gallery is prepping all of the owls with their invitations as we open the doors to Hogwarts with the help of legendary movie poster artist, Drew Struzan! This is a huge release for fans of Struzan’s iconic work and the HP franchise. As BNG explained, “We’ve teamed up with Drew and the wonderful folks at Warner Bros. to release the first officially licensed screen print of the original Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone image that Drew painted for the film! Drew’s artwork is appropriately considered the zenith of the movie poster industry, and we’re beaming at the chance to release this print, which is based on Drew’s final painting for the original poster.”

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by Drew Struzan is a 24”x36” hand numbered 16 color screen print.  The Regular Edition is limited to 550 pieces and will retail for $100, while the Art Print Edition is limited to 200 pieces and will retail for $100.  Collectors can also purchase a two print matching number set for $195. There will also be an Acrylic Panel Print available, which is a digital printing on 4mm thick acrylic panel. Harry Potter Print Series by Olly Moss

When Olly Moss teased on his Twitter account last Monday that he had a huge drop coming later in the week he wasn’t messing around! Yesterday, Olly announced he’d collaborated with Pottermore to release a series of officially licensed Harry Potter prints based on the iconic series of fantasy novels. Originally commissioned as covers exclusive to the German Harry Potter audio books, these beautiful images designed in Olly’s signature style can now be purchased as 16”x24” hand numbered giclee art prints.

Olly has released a different print for each book in the beloved Harry Potter series – that’s seven prints in all! What’s awesome about this new HP series is that it is a time edition, meaning any orders placed between now and 3pm BST on Monday, October 25th, at Olly Moss’ online store will be guaranteed a print. Each novel’s print size will then be based on the orders placed.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone Screen Print by Gerhard & Dark Hall Mansion

One of The Blot’s all time favorite comic book series is Cerebus by Dave Sim and Gerhard. So The Blot was seriously blown away by the announcement yesterday that Dark Hall Mansion had teamed up with acclaimed Canadian illustrator Gerhard on a new movie poster screen print for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone!!! Gerhard's meticulous crosshatching technique constantly blows me away, and I love how he beautifully illustrated the moment when Harry, Ron, Hermione and their fellow first year students initially approach Hogwarts.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by Gerhard is a 24”x36” hand numbered screen print. It will be available in a blue Standard Edition for $65 and a grey Variant Edition for $100. DHM is also releasing Foil Variants of both the blue and grey editions for $150 each.
