The Blot’s favorite melted ice cream cone is back! Gary Baseman’s adorable Creamy returns this Friday in a furry new colorway. The Ahwroo Edition Creamy vinyl figure shows what happens when the sweet and naïve Creamy character (who easily melts for unattainable beauty) transforms into the expressive and vicious toothy creature Ahwroo! Featured in Baseman’s 2012 “Vicious” exhibition in Italy, Ahwroo hungers for love and affection and draws blood if he doesn’t feel he’s getting it.

Produced by 3DRetro, the Ahwroo Creamy vinyl figure is limited to 200 pieces and includes a signed and numbered giclee print. Each figure stands 5” tall and comes packaged in a full color window box designed by Gary Baseman. It’s crazy, we haven’t seen a Creamy release in so long and then...BAM!...two in one month. The newest colorway of Gary Baseman’s adorable Creamy vinyl figure is the “Chocolate” Edition. This delicious looking colorway is also the figure’s first wide release! Created for Gary Baseman's “Happy Idiot and other paintings about Unattainable Beauty,” and “I Melt in your Presence” exhibitions, the sweet and naïve Creamy character who easily melts for unattainable beauty was produced into a collectible vinyl toy by 3DRetro.

If an exclusive drops and no one knows it was it ever really released!?! Evidently this delicious Chocolate Dipped Creamy vinyl figure by Gary Baseman was released by Bait exclusively at New York Comic Con 2013. The Blot’s been looking for more information on this figure’s original release, but I haven’t been able to find any. Luckily, I stumbled upon Creamy’s fifth colorway at Bait’s online store while looking for something else. This chocolate dipped vanilla Creamy reminds me of a trip to Dairy Queen!
