Leecifer’s SDCC 12 Exclusive Customs

If you’ve been wondering where Leecifer has been, the California artist has been slaving away preparing more customs than you can shake a stick at for San Diego Comic-Con 2012. I especially love Lee’s set of DC Comics themed Camille Rose Garcia custom vinyl figures, which includes Catwoman, Harlequin, Batman and Robin, and Poison Ivy.

“Fur Sure” Burgerbuns Resin Figure by Le Merde

How cool is this, first Pony Falcone and now Burgerbuns!?! Le Merde is systematically revisiting some of his most popular characters in their original resin forms. The Blot honestly did not expect a new resin Burgerbuns anytime soon, especially once Super7 unveiled their 6” vinyl Burgerbuns, but I sure am glad Le Merde has surprised us all!

The “Fur Sure” Burgerbuns resin figure by Le Merde goes on sale this Friday, February 18th, at the Le Merde online store at 11am PST.

1st Painted Burgerbuns Vinyl Figure Release by Le Merde

The first ever painted release of Le Merede’s Burgerbuns vinyl figure will debut at the "Funbuns - A Burgerbuns Custom Art Show" at Super7 on Saturday, November 20th. After the show, this amazing painted purple Burgerbuns 6” vinyl figure will be available for purchase at Super7 and Super7 distribution stores on November 27th for just $50!

The "Funbuns - A Burgerbuns Custom Art Show" at Super7 features custom Burgerbuns by 35 super talented and well known artists. The show’s grand opening is Saturday, November 20th from 6-9pm. Any remaining unsold figures will be available for purchase on Super7Store.com after the show’s grand opening. The 6” Burgerbuns vinyl figure was created by Le Merede, sculpted by Gargamel and produced by Super7.

Super7 SDCC 2010 Exclusive Burger Buns Vinyl Figure by Le Merde

Super7 is set to release the first mid sized version of Le Merede’s Burger Buns at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con! This unpainted 6” figure has 3 points of articulation (at its waist and both arms), and is cast in powder blue vinyl to match the first Hollis Price release.


Burger Buns is a weird dude. Maybe it is because he is actually a cat. Maybe it's his docked tail that has him in a constant state of shock. Or maybe it's his indecisiveness between his favorite bands ZEU and Misty Fog. Which side should he choose? He is a loner, wanderer and all around adventurer. His favorite food is a simple Hamburger from Kandar Kandies. He has teamed up with the ZEU crew on occasion, but mostly leads his own adventures with his cousins Emo Jets and Texture Willis.

The San Diego Comic-Con 2010 Exclusive Powder Blue Burger Buns vinyl figure will retail for $65 each and can be purchased at Super7's SDCC booth #4729.
