One-Eyed Girl's Five Points Festival 2018 Exclusives!

One-Eyed Girl is heading to the second annual Five Points Festival convention this weekend in New York City where she’ll be the debuting a new series of custom figures entitled Scratch 'N Sniff Toys! The first set of Scratch ‘N Sniff Toys will be released exclusively at Five Points Festival 2018. One-Eyed Girl has named this first wave of figures The Breakfast Bears, which includes Pancake Bear, Need More Coffee Bear, Bacon Bear, Donut Bear, Cinnabun Bear and Waffle Bear.

When you touch or “scratch” the bellies of each Breakfast Bears custom figure, it activates the delicious and realistic scent of each food. Pancakes smell like maple syrup, bacon smells like bacon, cinnabun smells like cinnamon, etc. It's a fun way to make the pieces more interactive and who doesn't love to smell their favorite foods any time of day!? What’s crazy is that One-Eyed Girl says the scent will last for hundreds of scratches. All six figures seen here and so much more will be available for purchase at One-Eyed Girl’s Five Points Fest booth #532, which shell be sharing with Lickyourelbow.

One-Eyed Girl’s Designer Con 2017 Exclusives!

One-Eyed Girl has been hard at work the past few weeks creating a ton of new work for Designer Con 2017. She’s been creating a number of exclusive series made specifically for DCon. This includes The 7 Dorks ($90 each), which is a mini series of customized Scribe mini figures based loosely on the unique personalities of each of Snow White's 7 dwarfs. What a fun idea!

One-Eyed Girl is also bringing with her a hand full of Choco Chums ($35-75 each), which are original sculptures of classic candies. Last but not least is are these adorable Kritters and Kronies custom Munnyworld vinyl figures that will retail for $100 each. All of these awesome One-Eyed Girl exclusives and so much more will be available at DCon booth #303, which the artist will be sharing with Zard Apuya.

One-Eyed Girl's Five Points Festival 2017 Exclusives!

One-Eyed Girl is heading to the first annual Five Points Festival convention this weekend in New York City where she’ll be releasing some awesome new original resin sculpts and adorable custom figures. First up are these super awesome new Junkfood Friends, which are deliciously silly. One-Eyed Girl will also have five little Hatchies ($90) available. Each baby dragon is a Custom Lunartik Cup of Tea, and there are five to choose from: Water Dragon, Lizard Dragon, Furry Dragon, Alien Dragon and Flying Dragon.

Also debuting at Five Points Festival this weekend is a new batch of yummy Kritters and Kronies! Check out Cuppy Cako, Neapo Litan and Chip Chocko, as well as a few more of their friends. Each candy inspired figure will retail for $50-100 each. All of the exclusives seen here and so much more can be purchased at the Five Points Festival booth #223, which One-Eyed Girl is sharing with Lickyourelbow Art.

First Look: Kidrobot x Samsung MiWe Vinyl Figure

Yesterday at CES, Samsung unveiled a new collaboration with Kidrobot! These two powerhouse companies will be working together to design unique, custom figurines inspired by the power of Samsung Galaxy mobile devices. As Samsung explained in a press release, “An increasingly important platform for self‐expression, mobile technology connects with users through mobile accessories, creative applications, or digital design within the device itself. Capturing Kidrobot’s inspired design on both the Galaxy accessories as well as in the devices themselves, creates multiple new touch points for artistic expression.”

MiWe, the name of KR’s newest DIY vinyl figure, is an acronym for Samsung’s marketing motto “Meaningful Innovation, Wow Experience.” As you can probably tell, MiWe is based on a Fox and fits perfectly with Kidrobot’s line of DIY MunnyWorld animal toys. In conjunction with the unveiling of this new collaboration, Kidrobot and Samsung brought in Scribe, Angry Woebots and Buff Monster to live paint 5 foot tall MiWe vinyl figures for each of the first three days of CES. Man do these customs look awesome!

DCon Exclusive Geode Series Custom MunnyWorld Figures by Troy Stith

Check out these amazing custom MunnyWorld vinyl figures by Ohio artists Troy Stith. Are these awesome or what!?! Made exclusively for Designer Con 2011, Troy has turned four different MunnyWorld characters (Munny, Rooz, Kracka and Foomi) into four different colored geodes.
