Super7 June Releases: Mummy Boy, Patty Power, SSSS

June is going to be a huge month for Super7 with four crazy releases and the annual SSSS membership drive! Don’t the S7 guys realize San Diego Comic-Con is right around the corner!?! June 10th sees the release of the Sunshine Fade Mummy Boy in clear yellow with translucent green and blue sprays. Along with the Sunshine Fade Mummy Boy comes the natural follow up, a Sunset Glow Patty Power by Arbito! Cast in glow-in-the-dark vinyl with orange, light blue, fluorescent pink and black sprays, this groovy sandwich is ready to hang out on the beach and watch the sun go down until you're ready for a midnight snack.

On June 16th Jeremy Whiteaker’s Fire Robo comes to the rescue! Just in time for the blazing heat of summer, Fire Robo's tanks are full and ready to save the day should things get out of hand. Cast in translucent blue vinyl with light blue, dark blue, red and silver sprays, this Summer 2011 Fire Robo can be yours for $35. Super7 - Clear Green Fire Robo by Jeremy Whiteaker

Undaunted by danger and unphased by fire, Jeremy Whiteaker’s robotic rescue machine Fire Robo rises from the ashes to save the day again and again! The Monster Family’s mechanical hero emerges this time in translucent green, reclaiming the hues of a classic mechanical menace from long ago.

The Clear Green Fire Robo will go on sale Saturday, November 13th at 11am PST. The figure will retail for $30 and be available at Super7’s online store.

Super7 - Clear Red Fire Robo by Jeremy Whiteaker

Jeremy Whiteaker’s Fire Robo returns red hot! The Monster Family’s mechanical protector springs into action this Saturday with an all new clear vinyl colorway. Always ready to stand in harms way and blaze a trail to safely, the Clear Red Fire Robo is sure to be a hit with Super7 fans.


The Clear Red Fire Robo will go on sale Saturday, September 11th at 11am PDT. The figure will retail for $30 and be available at Super7’s online store.

Super7 SDCC 2010 Exclusive Monster Family Figures: Green Rose Vampire, Purple Big Sal, Black Garuru & Yellow Fire Robo

Not only is Super7 releasing three different Monster Family sets which each contain three different unpainted light green figures at SDCC, the San Francisco based toy company is also releasing painted versions of many of those same figures (in different colors) for just $30 each at the Super7 SDCC booth #4729!

This is one of those San Diego Comic-Con releases/signings that makes The Blot really jealous of those able to attend the world’s greatest convention. Super7 has taken all of the figures from its immensely popular Monster Family toy line, including one brand new design, and will be releasing three different SDCC exclusive 3-packs of unpainted Monster Family figures in light green vinyl. I’ve got a feeling fans will be salivating to get their hands on all 9 of these unpainted figures (10 if you count Katope’s Drunk Seijin).


The Super7 SDCC Exclusive Monster Family 3-pack #1 seen above includes Le Turd by Le Merde, Power Mister by David Horvath & Sun-Min Kim and Partyball by Paul Kaiju. Each set will retail for $65 and will go on sale at 11am on Friday, July 23rd at the Super7 SDCC booth #4729. All three artists will also be on hand at that time to sign or customize your brand new unpainted light green figures.


Super7 San Diego Comic-Con 2010 Exclusive Monster Family 3-Pack #2 includes Fire Robo by Jeremy Whiteaker, Patty Power by Arbito & Rose Vampire by Josh Herbolsheimer. This set will also retail for $65 and will go on sale Friday, July 23rd at 4pm. This will also be the time Josh, Jeremy and Arbito will be available to sign/customize your Monster Family 3-Pack #2 vinyl figures.


Last but not least, the Super7 SDCC 2010 Exclusive Monster Family 3-Pack #3 includes Steven the Bat by Bwana Spoons, Garuru by Itokin Park and Big Sal by Brand Peters & Kathie Olivas. This set will not go on sale until Saturday, July 24th, at 11am and will retail for $65 each. Super7 - Fire Robo by Jeremy Whiteaker

From the imagination of artist and "real life" fireman, Jeremy Whiteaker, comes Fire Robo, the newest member of Super7’s Monster Family toy line. Fire Robo is on the way to save the day, and he will brave any danger to get the job done. The first colorway of Fire Robo is cast in black vinyl with maroon, silver and light blue sprays. It's definitely getting hot in here!


Fire Robo goes on sale this Saturday, July 3rd, at Super7 and Super7 Florida at 11 am PDT. Like the rest of Super7’s Monster Family figures, Fire Robo will most likely retail for $30 each.
