Astro Boy Statue of Liberty Vinyl Figure by ToyQube

ToyQube has teamed up with Tezuka Productions to release an officially licensed Astro Boy vinyl figure that reimagines the anime icon as the Statue of Liberty! Originally debuting at New York Comic Con 2016 last weekend, the Astro Boy Statue of Liberty features a stylish patina finish and comes holding a torch in one hand and a tablet in the other. The tablet reads “October VI MMVI” or 10.6.2016 – the start of NYCC 2016. The figure comes standing on a Statue of Liberty style base and features articulation at the neck.

NYCC 16 Exclusive Marvel’s Iron Fist Teaser TV Poster by Joe Quesada & Trailer

At New York Comic Con 2016 this weekend Marvel unveiled this awesome new teaser poster for their upcoming Netflix television show Iron Fist by acclaimed artist Joe Quesada! This motion poster features a variety of concept art Quesada designed for the show. This is Netflix’ final standalone Marvel series before the huge team-up show The Defenders, and The Blot can’t wait! The big news about The Defenders coming out of New York Comic Con is that the series' main bad guy is going to be played by none other than Sigourney Weaver! How crazy is that!?! NYCC 16 Exclusive Bombzy Vinyl Figures by Kenny Scharf x ToyQube

At New York Comic Con 2016 this weekend ToyQube debuted the newest vinyl figure designed by legendary artist Kenny Scharf, Bombzy! The Blot absolutely loves this 12 eyed 3 faced little monster made of soft vinyl. There were two New York Comic Con exclusive colorways released: an unpainted Glow in the Dark Edition and a Midnight Edition, which features translucent grey vinyl with silver glitter and white and yellow paint. This weekend at New York Comic Con 2016, Tenacious Toys is releasing not one but two exclusive new Fat Jason resin figures by RenOne! What’s awesome about these releases is they aren’t just new colorways, but actual new takes on RenOne’s killer kitbashed mash-up of Friday the 13th's Jason and The Simpson’s Comic Book Guy. One of those is this awesome Concrete Jungle Frankpool resin figure by Steven Cartoccio. This figure is based on Cartoccio’s animated series Concrete Jungle, and reimagines one of its main characters, a dog named Frank, as Marvel’s Merc with a Mouth, Deadpool. Pretty cool, right!?!
