Justice League Unlimited Screen Print by Dave Perillo x Grey Matter Art

The Blot’s jaw hit the ground yesterday when I learned Grey Matter Art had teamed up with artist Dave Perillo to produce an officially licensed screen print for the iconic DC Comics animated series, Justice League Unlimited!!! JLU was a direct sequel to the Justice League animated series, and focused on the majority of the DC Universe. With this release, Dave showcases some of DC’s most iconic characters displayed in their classic animated form. This poster has some of The Blot’s all time favorite characters – Booster Gold, Fire, Ice, Captain Atom, Vixen, Hawk and Dove – making it a must get for sure! The Blot’s always wanted a screen print with Booster in it and it’s finally here!

Justice League Unlimited by Dave Perillo is an 18”x24” hand numbered DC Comics screen print. The Regular Edition is limited to 100 pieces and will retail for $40, while the Foil Variant is limited to 50 pieces and will retail for $50. Funko’s Emerald City Comic Con 2020 Exclusives Part 1 - Batman, DBZ, Scott Pilgrim, MOTU & More!

Funko will be traveling to Emerald City Comic Con 2020 next month where they will be releasing a ton of green convention exclusives. Zatanna Fine Art Giclee Prints by John Keaveney x Bottleneck Gallery x DC Comics

Later today, Bottleneck Gallery will be releasing the newest entry in artist John Keaveney’s awesome DC Comics Pin-ups Print Series. For this latest wave of prints, Keaveney has worked his magic on DC Comics’ mistress of the mystic arts, Zatanna! BNG explained the release, “The latest entry in John’s officially licensed DC Pin-ups series features various incarnations of DC’s most magical character from throughout the years. Our friend, Justin Ishmael, art directed John’s artistic wizardry for this piece.”

Ishmael went on to say “John’s work feels like magic as he (seemingly effortlessly) conjures up these beautiful illustrations not only depicting modern attire, but classic silver and golden age as well and really shows that he’s been hitting the long boxes!” The Blot was especially thrilled to learn Keaveney based one of the four prints on Zatanna’s classic blue and white Justice League costume from the 1980s.

Zatanna by John Keaveney is a 16”x20” hand numbered fine art DC Comics giclee print. The Classic Edition is limited to 125 pieces, Rabbit Edition is limited to 100 pieces, Titled Edition is limited to 75 pieces and Justice League Edition is limited to just 50 pieces. Batman: The Animated Series Wave 6 6” Action Figures

DC Comics’ celebration of Batman’s 75th Anniversary will never end, even as we slip into The Dark Knight’s 76th year. The sixth wave of DC Collectibles' Batman: The Animated Series 6” action figures has officially been solicited and it is freaking awesome! This television themed toy line is based on Bruce Timm’s original character designs from Batman: The Animated Series and the New Batman Adventures. Each figure is based on Mattel’s original 4.5” tall with limited articulation figures, and been enlarged to a whopping 6” scale (and 24 points of articulation).

Batman: The Animated Series Wave 6 includes Commissioner Gordon, Ra’s Al Ghul, Zatanna and a The New Adventures of Batman 2 Pack featuring Etrigan the Demon with Klarion the Witch Boy. Each figure comes with multiple accessories and is packaged in a full color blister card. Justice League Dark “New 52” DC Comics Action Figures - Constantine & Zatanna

One of the The Blot’s favorite parts of DC Comics’ soft “New 52” reboot was the reintroduction of John Constantine into the proper DC Universe. Not only has he left the “mature content” realm of the DC Comics’ imprint Vertigo, but DC gave him two books to headline! One of those books, Justice League Dark, also stars one of The Blot’s favorite characters, the mistress of magic Zatanna! For the past two decades Zatanna toiled in obscurity on the fringe of the DC Universe, but in the “New 52” reboot she thrust back into the spotlight once again.  And nothing shows that more than with the release of these awesome Justice League Dark action figures of Constantine and Zatanna!  Hopefully this is just the start of a new line of JLD action figures from DC Collectibles!
