Better Call Saul Season 4 Television Poster

Argh!!! The Blot totally forgot that AMC’s Better Call Saul returned this week and I didn’t set my new DVR. Thankfully AMC replays episodes of the Breaking Bad prequel/sequel throughout the week. So while I haven’t seen the Better Call Saul Season 4 premiere yet, I’ll be able to catch it later this week. I cannot freaking wait! For those of you that have seen it, what did you think? The television series’ season 4 poster is pretty ominous, which I assume does not bode well for Mr. Saul Goodman.

SDCC 2018 Exclusive The Walking Dead & Better Call Saul Bobble Heads by Royal Bobbles

Later this month Royal Bobbles will be releasing two San Diego Comic-Con 2018 Exclusive Bobble Heads based on two of The Blot’s favorite TV shows, The Walking Dead and Better Call Saul! From The Walking Dead comes this spot-on SDCC 2018 Exclusive Abraham Ford Bobble Head. A fan favorite from the show, Abraham was always brave and strong, and always willing to defend those he loved, even at great danger to himself. This incredibly detailed collectible figure depicts Abe in his military fatigues, ready with his weapon, and even his signature peace sign. This figure stands about 8” tall, is crafted from heavyweight resin, and comes in a colorful collector’s box.

The second limited edition exclusive is this fantastic Better Call Saul Gus Fring Bobble Head. The respected proprietor of Los Pollos Hermanos is now an incredibly detailed collectible figure showing him standing next to a booth in that beloved family restaurant. Better Call Saul Season 3 Television Poster

The Blot is so freaking pumped about the return of Better Call Saul tonight on AMC! The prequel/sequel of Breaking Bad really hit its stride last year, and the sky is truly the limit for Better Call Saul Season 3 with the addition of Giancarlo Esposito’s Gustavo Fring to the cast. Things are totally going to get crazy this season! I can’t wait to finally learn the true backstory of one of television’s greatest characters, Gus Fring.

Better Call Saul Season 3 premieres tonight, Monday, April 10th, at 10/9c on AMC. This is a new night for the show so make sure your DVRs are set. And what do you think of S3’s new one sheet television poster!?!

RSD 2015 Exclusive Better Call Saul Theme Song 7” Single Vinyl Record by Junior Brown & SPACELAB9

Record Store Day recently announced their long list of RSD 2015 exclusives, and The Blot was super excited to learn that our friends at SPACELAB9 were releasing a 7” single of the Better Call Saul theme song by Junior Brown! The Breaking Bad prequel is one of The Blot’s favorite television shows on air right now, and I love that SPACELAB9 has teamed up with AMC to release the theme on vinyl. The single’s Side A is Junior Brown performing the Better Call Saul theme song, while Side B is an instrumental version of the song.

The Record Store Day 2015 Exclusive Better Call Saul Theme Song 7” Single Vinyl Record by SPACELAB9 is pressed on black vinyl and limited to just 1,000 pieces. I can’t believe the season premiere of Better Call Saul is almost here! If you’re not familiar with the new AMC series, Better Call Saul is a prequel to Breaking Bad, set six years before Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) became Walter White’s lawyer. The Blot is beyond pumped to revisit the world of Breaking Bad! While I know it won’t be the exact same, it’ll be great to see some of my favorite Breaking Bad characters on TV again. Anything that gets Saul and Mike Erhmantraut back together is a good thing! Better Call Saul has a two night premiere event scheduled for Sunday, February 8th, and Monday, February 9th, at 10/9c on AMC.

According to the show’s website, when we meet him, the man who will become Saul Goodman is known as Jimmy McGill, a small-time lawyer searching for his destiny, and, more immediately, hustling to make ends meet. Working alongside, and often against, Jimmy is “fixer” Mike Erhmantraut (Jonathan Banks). The series will track Jimmy's transformation into Saul Goodman, the man who puts “criminal” in “criminal lawyer”.

Breaking Bad creator and showrunner Vince Gilligan and Breaking Bad writer and producer Peter Gould created the show together and serve as co-showrunners of the premiere season. Gilligan directed the first episode of the series, which has already been greenlit for a second season of 13 episodes. The debut season will consist of 10 episodes.

Breaking Bad Pop! Vinyl Figures by Funko

Funko has added one of the greatest television shows of all time to its roster of licenses for its immensely popular line of Pop! vinyl figures, AMC’s Breaking Bad! This adorable, yet frightening, toy line looks fantastic, and I think it’s quite possibly my favorite Pop! release ever. The Blot especially loves that Funko decided to release one giant 10 piece Breaking Bad Pop! Series featuring everyone’s favorite characters from the Emmy winning series, which also doubles as a Better Call Saul Pop! Series too.

“A Criminal Lawyer” & “Laundry” Breaking Bad Screen Prints by Tim Doyle

This Thursday Spoke Art is welcoming back Austin artist Tim Doyle for his third solo exhibition with the gallery, and the latest installment in his ongoing “UnReal Estate” series. Inspired by the popular culture landscape, quite literally, Doyle re-interprets the iconic settings found in contemporary cult television. The Blot was blown away by Doyle’s first two “UnReal Estate” shows, and I’m super excited about his new crop of screen prints. We’re featuring a different print each day this week in honor of the show opening on Thursday, February 6th, at Spoke Art in San Francisco.

The second UnReal Estate III print we’re spotlighting here on TheBlotSays.com is “A Criminal Lawyer”, featuring the strip mall offices of attorney Saul Goodman from AMC’s hit television show Breaking Bad! The Blot can’t wait for the Saul-centric spin-off Better Call Saul, so what better bridge between the two series than this killer print!?! The Standard Edition 16"x20" screen print has a limited edition run size of 150 pieces, while the Variant is limited to just 50 pieces.  And don't miss out on "Laundry", featuring Walter White's family owned car wash that doubles perfectly as a money laundering front. The Standard Edition 18"x24" screen print has a limited edition run size of 150 pieces, while the Glow in the Dark Variant is limited to just 25 prints.

All of the limited edition screen prints from the show will first be available to attendees of the February 6th opening reception, with all remaining copies available online at the Spoke Art online store starting Friday, February 7th. The first 100 attendees to the opening reception will receive a limited edition silkscreen print, only available at the show, and included with online purchases of the full set of 11 regular edition prints.
