“The First Turtle” Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vinyl figure is available now for pre-order from the Mondo online store in four epic colorways. The Black and White Edition “The First Turtle” features a black and white paint scheme, imitating the original pen and napkin illustration by Kevin Eastman. The Red Mask Edition “The First Turtle” features a full color paint scheme with a red mask that pays tribute to the red masks all four turtles wore on the covers to the original TMNT black and white comic book series. The Orange Mask Edition “The First Turtle” features a full color paint scheme with an orange mask that pays tribute to the orange mask worn by Michelangelo in the TMNT animated series. All three of these versions retails for just $65.
For the diehard Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles there is the Black and White Deluxe Edition “The First Turtle” vinyl figure. It includes the monotone Black and White Edition version of the figure and comes with 3 interchangeable black and white heads with different colored masks (white, red and orange) and a 5”x7” letterpress print of the original Kevin Eastman artwork. The Deluxe Edition “The First Turtle figure is limited to just 300 sets.
