Clown Fish Resin Statues & Screen Prints by Jim Pollock x Bottleneck Gallery

Bottleneck Gallery and artist Jim Pollock dive deep into the ocean for Pollock’s newest resin statue, Clown Fish! As BNG explained, “Jim’s Fish-y figures have become fan favorites, so we’ve teamed up with Jim and our master sculptors again to create a honkin’ incredible statue of Jim’s Clown Fish. Translating Jim’s wonderful and animated characters into statues and figures is a process we never tire of, especially when it comes to Jim’s more colorful characters, and we’re excited to bring the Clown Fish to a new dimension!” Bottleneck Gallery is also releasing some fun matching screen prints featuring Pollock’s cheerful character.

The Clown Fish Statue by Jim Pollock is a 7.5” hand painted solid cast resin figure packaged in a hand numbered box.  The Regular Edition is limited to 400 pieces and retails for $95, while the Variant is limited to 200 pieces and will retail for $150. You can also purchase a matching set of both figures for $245, and as an added bonus the set will include the Orange Clown Fish screen print for free!

Clown Fish by Jim Pollock is an 8”x10” signed and numbered screen print.  The Orange Edition is limited to 250 pieces and will retail for $50, while the Purple Edition is limited to 250 pieces and will retail for $65. Neo 12” Bronze Statue & Print by Jim Pollock x Bottleneck Gallery

Jim Pollock’s beloved astronomer, Neo, returns today in a brand new hand cast bronze statue release, alongside a new print, from Bottleneck Gallery!  As BNG explained, “Jim’s previous print featuring Neo, the intrepid astrono-gator (or are they a croconomer?) provided a great introduction to the character, but we felt Neo needed some more dimension. We’ve worked closely with Jim and our manufacturer to create a meticulously crafted bronze statue standing at a foot tall and weighing over 5 pounds!” 

Every statue purchase includes a matching, signed and hand-numbered silver metallic Neo Variant Print. There will also be a Neo Bronze Metallic Edition Print released separately.  The image area of the linocut is the same “Phi rectangle dimensions” as the silkscreen release. However, the exterior border of these prints is larger making the overall print dimension slightly bigger.

The Neo Bronze Statue by Jim Pollock is a 12” hand-cast bronze statue limited to just 100 pieces.  The statue’s box will come signed and hand numbered.  It goes on sale at 12pm ET today, Thursday, May 20th, at BottleneckGallery.com for $1,000.  The statue includes a Neo Silver Metallic Linocut Print, measuring 13.5”x21”, with a matching edition of 100 pieces.

The Neo Bronze Metallic Edition by Jim Pollock is a linocut print with metallic bronze ink and measures 13.25”x21”.  It is limited to 400 pieces and will retail for $80.

Skating Fish Pewter Statues by Jim Pollock x Bottleneck Gallery

Later today, Bottleneck Gallery is unveiling its newest collaboration with Jim Pollock – The Skating Fish Pewter Statue! Jim’s Phish-y figures have become fan favorites, so BNG has teamed up with Jim and their master sculptors to create a hyper detailed statue of the Skating Fish. Transforming Jim’s work from paper to pewter is always challenging, but Bottleneck Gallery is particularly proud of how this statue, and its editions, came out!

The Skating Fish Pewter Statue by Jim Pollock stands 5.25” tall and will be available in three colorways (Pewter, Ice Variant and Antique Bronze Variant). The Standard Edition is limited to 575 pieces and will retail for $125, the Ice Variant is limited to 250 pieces and will retail for $150, and the Bronze Variant is limited to 175 pieces and will retail for $150. Collectors can also purchase all three colorways as a set for $425. Each box will come hand numbered. Bottleneck Gallery has teamed up with artist Jim Pollock to release this fun statue of one of Jim’s classic subjects, the Walking Fish! Pollock’s beloved fish really comes to life as a 3D sculpture, with every detail – like the patterned fish scales in the body and muscle marks in the legs – perfectly rendered and crafted in these pewter statues.
