This Friday
Dark Hall Mansion will be releasing its annual Valentine’s Day Peanuts print, and this year’s print is the fun “Snoopy Valentine” by
Nicole Gustafsson. The Blot loves Nicole’s ode to Valentine’s Day with her unique take on the Peanuts gang, Valentine's Day, the charm of old school homemade valentines, and of course, love! What’s great about this print is it’s actually based on an original painting by Gustafsson!
Nicole explained her inspiration for this piece: “Growing up it seems like there was always aspects of Peanuts that were part of our lives. Watching Peanuts TV specials over the holidays and hanging little ornaments of Snoopy and characters on our Christmas tree, or the time I got a really big valentine with Snoopy holding a heart. So when I was asked to create a piece based on Peanuts, I immediately thought of all these fun times I had with my family and friends.” That fun really shines through on “Snoopy Valentine”!
Snoopy Valentine by Nicole Gustafsson is a 16”x20” numbered giclee print. The Standard Edition has a limited edition run size of 280 pieces and will retail for $65, while the Variant is limited to 50 pieces and will retail for $100. There is also a super rare Canvas Edition limited to just 5 pieces of each colorway and retailing for $225 each. All four prints go on sale this Friday, January 30th, at
Dark Hall Mansion's online store at 9:30am PST.
