The Simpsons “Family Cartoon Troops” Teddy Troops Art Print by Flying Fortress

Flying Fortress has released a new Teddy Troops art print inspired by The Simpson! In “Family Cartoon Troops”, Flying Fortress reimagines everyone’s favorite yellow animated family as Teddy Troops.  There’s a ton of Easter Eggs in the print as well paying homage to some iconic moments from the FOX television show.

“TannenTrooper” Teddy Troopers Screen Print by Flying Fortress

Flying Fortress has released his newest Teddy Troopers print, and it’s this beautiful “TannenTrooper” screen print! As the artist explained, the design was not created for Christmas, but this tree design does fit in perfectly for the holiday season. Originally created as a fundraising project for an artist friend’s creative project called “Tanne”, the project never happened so now the print is being released on its own now at TeddyTroops.bigcartel.com.

“TannenTrooper” by Flying Fortress is a 11.8”x16.5” signed, numbered and embossed 3 color screen print. Limited to just 20 pieces, this Teddy Troopers print retails for €60 and includes one free enamel pin (various designs) and sticker set.

Kranky Mini Figure Blind Box Series 1 by Superplastic

The Blot was thrilled to learn yesterday that Superplastic is releasing a new blind box artist series of Kranky mini figures!!! Kranky is an awesome mash-up by Sket One of Superplastic’s Janky platform vinyl figure with a Krylon spray can. For Kranky Series One, Superplastic has enlisted 14 amazing graffiti and street artists to put their unique art styles onto the Kranky platform.  The Blot especially loves to see how they’ve incorporated the removable cap into their designs.

Each Kranky mini figure is 3.5” of soft vinyl, features a removable cap and actually rattle just like your favorite spray paint cans! Artists in Kranky Series One include 123Klan, ADD FUEL, CHEO, Clogtwo, CRAOLA, Dalek, DELVS, Flying Fortress, MIST, REDS, Scribe, Sket One, TooFly and a mystery artist. Each design will have its own ratios for a variety of rarities like you’d expect with a blind box series. “Street Friends” Art Print by El Pez x Flying Fortress

Stolen Space Gallery is hosting a solo art show “22Years” by Barcelona based artist El Pez, which opens this Thursday, August 5th. To commemorate what will be an epic show I’m sure, Pez has teamed up with fellow artist Flying Fortress to release this fun collab art print “Street Friends”! It includes Pez’ iconic fish hanging out with Flying Fortress’ Teddy Trooper character. And rumor has it there will also be an original canvas painting by both artists as part of “22Years”. The Blot can’t wait to see that!

“Street Friends” by Pez x Flying Fortress is a 40cm x 50cm signed, numbered and embossed 5 color screen print on Mohawck 296 grms paper.
