Later this week Grey Matter Art will be releasing their next movie poster in their fantastic The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Screen Print Series, which commemorates the horror film’s 40th anniversary. The series will feature designs by a venerable who’s who of screen print artists, like Florian Bertmer, Grzegorz Domaradzki and Francesco Francavilla. This week’s movie poster is by artist Jason Edmiston, whose design is chock full amazing details and color. It depicts the end of the film where Leatherface is chasing Sally (Marilyn Burns) in the truck as she makes her escape.
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre by Jason Edmiston is a 24”x36” ten color screen print. The Regular Edition has a limited edition run size of 200 pieces and will retail for $50, while the Variant is limited to 125 pieces and will retail for $65. Both prints go on sale at a random time between 1-2pm EST on Tuesday, January 27th, at the Grey Matter Art online store.
