It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since Rampage Toys’ Ugly Unicorn burst on the designer toy scene! The Blot’s proud to say I jumped on the UU bandwagon early and have a couple of the figure’s early releases in my collection. In honor of Ugly Unicorn’s 2nd birthday Jon Malmstedt will be releasing this mythical creature in the classic unpainted black colorway. This is the first time UU has ever been cast in black soft Japanese vinyl, and the only time it will ever be available as an unpainted black figure.
Even better still, in honor of the Ugly Unicorn’s 2nd anniversary John has lowered the price of the Black Unpainted UU to just $20 each via the Rampage Toys online store! This is an open pre-order, so there is no limit on the number of figures you may order. The figure will be available for purchase for approximately one week through August 31st. Pretty awesome, right!?! The Blot can’t wait to see what customizers do with this one.
