MondoCon 2014 Screen Print feat Big Guy & Rusty the Boy Robot by Mike Saputo & Phantom City Creative

This past weekend was the first ever MondoCon in Austin, Texas! MondoCon was a culmination of everything Mondo has always wanted to see in a convention, and from everything I’ve seen and read it was a huge success! Later today they’ll be releasing a few posters that were originally available for purchase at their Mondo booth, including the convention’s exclusive poster by Mike Saputo and Phantom City Creative. What makes this print super bad ass is that it features Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot in honor of co-creator Geof Darrow’s attendance at the show. Darrow is a comic genius and The Blot’s always loved Big Guy and Rusty. What a killer idea!

NYCC 12 Exclusive Meltdown Taoking

For New York Comic-Con 2012, Super7 is bringing back Geof Darrow and Frank Miller’s giant monster Taoking to the convention in an all new colorway! The Blot still hasn’t seen one of these bad boys in person, but they look awesome. Taoking, the signature monster from Darrow and Miller's Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot comic book, has been re-imagined in the style of classic Japanese kaiju toys.

Super7 NYCC 2011 Releases: Rose Vampire DX, Foster, Taoking, Le Turd & Patty Power
