The Hunchback of Notre Dame Fine Art Giclee Prints by Gerhard x Dark Hall Mansion

Dark Hall Mansion has teamed up with acclaimed artist Gerhard, known best for his work on the long running independent comic book Cerebus with Dave Sim, to release two fine art giclée prints for the landmark 1911 silent film The Hunchback of Notre Dame starring Henry Krauss. As DHM explained, these prints feature "the gorgeous and hyper detailed line work and epic cross hatching of artist Gerhard, who quite literally renders all imagery line by line by line”.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame by Gerhard is an 18”x24” hand numbered fine art giclée print. The Standard Edition is limited to 150 pieces and retails for $55, while the Variant Edition is limited to 75 pieces and retails for $65. These prints are also available as a set in a smaller 9”x12” size. This set is limited to 75 pieces and retails for $55. One of The Blot’s all time favorite comic book series is Cerebus by Dave Sim and Gerhard. So The Blot was seriously blown away by the announcement yesterday that Dark Hall Mansion had teamed up with acclaimed Canadian illustrator Gerhard on a new movie poster screen print for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone!!! Gerhard's meticulous crosshatching technique constantly blows me away, and I love how he beautifully illustrated the moment when Harry, Ron, Hermione and their fellow first year students initially approach Hogwarts.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by Gerhard is a 24”x36” hand numbered screen print. It will be available in a blue Standard Edition for $65 and a grey Variant Edition for $100. DHM is also releasing Foil Variants of both the blue and grey editions for $150 each. All four prints are timed edition and are available for purchase at the Dark Hall Mansion online store from now through Sunday, February 28th, at 11:59pm PST.
