I’m surprised at how much the film’s marketing campaign focuses so heavily on the League of Ramona's Evil Ex-Boyfriends. When The Blot thinks of the Scott Pilgrim books, the Evil Exes don’t even rank in the series’ top 10 main characters. Then again, when three of the four biggest stars in the film are bad guys, the ads probably need to feature them pretty heavily.
The Scott Pilgrim live action movie adaptation, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, premieres on August 13, 2010, while Scott Pilgrim Volume 6, Scott Pilgrim’s Finest Hour, by Bryan Lee O’Malley hits book shelves on July 20, 2010.
