NYCC 14 Exclusive Pink Greasebat Plush by Jeff Lamm x Lana Crooks

Lana Crooks continues to use her amazing talents to transform the world’s most popular designer art toys into fantastic plush figures! Lana Crooks has transformed Scott Tolleson’s popular Deadbeet character into an adorable plush figure once again! This time it’s as a San Diego Comic-Con 2014 exclusive. Meet Old Beetaronomy, an ancient but not quite dead beet who stands a whopping 19” tall. This handmade plush is made from various textiles, and includes a wood cane, posable limbs and leaves, and a digitally signed and numberd wood tag. SDCC 14 Exclusive Sylvan Plush by Gary Ham & Lana Crooks

Last year at San Diego Comic-Con 2013 we saw the debut of Hermees in plush form (seen here), and for this year’s Comic-Con, Sylvan is being added to the Ham and Crooks Collection (Lana Crooks x Gary Ham). The San Diego Comic-Con 2014 Exclusive Sylvan Plush is limited to just 10 pieces with only 5 available at SDCC. Each plush figure is approximately 19”x14” and 100% meticulously handmade by Lana using various textiles. Each piece also includes embroidered signatures and an etched wood numbered tag. Lana Crooks has transformed Scott Tolleson’s popular Deadbeet vinyl figure into an adorable plush figure that will be released exclusively at Designer Con 2013! The DCon Exclusive Fresh Edition Deadbeet handmade plush stands a whopping 18” tall, is made from wool and fleece, and features multiple points of articulation. Deadbeet never looked so good, or fresh! Since this is the “Fresh Edition,” The Blot assumes this means other colorways are already in the works.

The Designer Con 2013 Exclusive Fresh Edition Deadbeet is limited to just 5 ipieces, comes with a signed and numbered etched wood tag and can be purchased for $200 each at DCon booth #233.

NYCC 13 Exclusive Neopolitan Hermees Plush by Gary Ham & Lana Crooks

Following its debut at SDCC 2013, Gary Ham and Lana Crooks have cooked up an all new colorway of their adorable Hermees plush figure exclusively for New York Comic Con 2013! Based on Gary’s original wood and vinyl Hermees vinyl figures, these fleece and wool “Neopolitan” Hermees plush figures are handmade by Lana, feature a fun brown and pink color scheme, and stand 14" tall with a 17" wingspan.

Limited to just 5 pieces, the New York Comic Con 2013 Exclusive Neopolitan Hermees plush by Gary Ham and Lana Crooks includes an etched numbered wooden tag that has been signed by both artists and retails for $200 each.
