Although their mission ended with an attempt to enter the building, we won’t soon forget what they had done that day. A moment that will live on in Raw history for decades to come.

March 22, 1999: Stone Cold Steve Austin Beer Truck

Sure, Stone Cold Steve Austin’s been known to have a beer or two (or 12) on the job, but during the March 22, 1999 episode of RAW Austin completely soaked Shane and Vince McMahon, as well as the Rock, with gallons of beer. Austin drove a beer truck to ringside and proceeded to hose down everyone in the ring, so much so that Vince McMahon was almost swimming in beer. Cheers to the Texas Rattlesnake and an unforgettable Raw moment.

September 27, 1999: The Rock And Sock Connection

The People’s Champion and the People’s Partner. The Rock n’ Sock Connection was the definition of water and oil in the world of wrestling. Two men that couldn’t be more different from one another, but when together, they were absolutely electric. And the September 27, 1999 episode of RAW was no exception as Mankind and The Rock provided one of the highest rated segments in the history of the show with a version of “This is your Life”. Pretty good for one of wrestling’s favorite odd couples...if you smmmeellllll what the Rock (n’ Sock) are cooking!

We’re on the Road to WrestleMania, and to celebrate The Showcase of the Immortals taking place next weekend in New Orleans HOMAGE has released three awesome new WWE t-shirts that pay homage to some of Wrestlemania’s greatest moments. First up is “The Rock vs Stone Cold”, which is based on these two WWE Superstars main event match at WrestleMania X-Seven in Houston, Texas. Their WrestleMania rematch was nothing short of epic – a back and forth battle that electrified the audience, but ended with a swerve no wrestling fan expected.

Then there’s “Bret Hart vs Rowdy Roddy Piper”, based on the two WWE Hall of Fame members’ now legendary WrestleMania VIII Intercontinental Championship match. This friendly contest soon turned into a bitter war between the Hitman and Hod Rod. Styles Clashed, rules were broken, and a new champion was crowned in front of 60,000+ people. Last, but certainly not least, is this “Brock Lesnar” t-shirt! Now we call can travel to Suplex City with this design that pays tribute to Brock’s many iconic WrestleMania matches – from his instant classic with Kurt Angle to ending The Undertaker’s seemingly endless streak.

WWE x Puma T-Shirt & Sneaker Capsule Collection – A Foot Locker Exclusive!

Foot Locker has launched a new partnership with WWE to bring limited edition footwear and apparel to select Foot Locker stores around the US. To kick things off, yesterday (Saturday, April 3rd) Foot Locker released this awesome WWE x Puma Capsule Collection just in time for WWE’s premiere event tonight, WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, Florida! This WWE x Puma Capsule Collection was designed by Alexander-John and curated by radio host Peter Rosenberg, and features exclusive art of six WWE Legends: “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, The Ultimate Warrior, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, Ric Flair, Andre the Giant and the Undertaker.

The WWE x Puma Capsule Collection includes limited pairs of WWE inspired white Puma Clydes in custom boxes, retailing for $199. As The Blot understands it, there were only 600 of these white WWE Puma Clydes produced, 100 pairs per WWE Superstar Hall of Famer. Additionally, 23 pairs of black Puma Clydes will be sold exclusively in Orlando for $499, touting Undertaker imagery and packaged in a collectible sneaker casket. The WWE Legends will also be featured on exclusive Puma t-shirts, available for $44.99.

To commemorate WrestleMania 33, Foot Locker is selling this limited edition WWE collection in 33 select Puma Lab Powered by Foot Locker locations around the United States. Sadly, Houston did not make the cut of cities where you can find this exciting release. Good luck hunting down this WWE x Puma x Foot Locker collection, as it also does not appear to be available online.

Road to WrestleMania Week 5 – Austin vs Hart T-Shirt by Homage x WWE

Homage continues its “Road to WrestleMania” countdown with a new t-shirt based on the greatest spectacle in sports entertainment! Every Monday for nine weeks, Homage is introducing a new WWE t-shirt commemorating the matches, the wrestlers and the memories of WrestleMania. This week’s t-shirt pays tribute to 1997’s WrestleMania XIII at the Rosemont Horizon, which featured the birth of WWE’s Attitude Era – an epic submission match between Bret “Hitman” Hart and Stone Cold Steve Austin!

The WrestleMania 13 match itself was a five star classic, and ended with Stone Cold passing out from blood loss while refusing to submit to Bret’s Sharpshooter. Austin’s resiliency would leave a lasting impact on the fans, who now saw him as the fan favorite, while Hart – continuing to attack Stone Cold – morphed into the villain. This double turn would dramatically alter the landscape of professional wrestling: within a year, Bret Hart would be gone from the WWE and Steve Austin would ascend to become the face of the company.
