HBO’s Game of Thrones returned last night with the season premiere of the show’s eighth and final season, and boy did it deliver! With the series’ huge cast converging into one main story line, it’s so cool to see characters who have been with the show all eight seasons finally meet on air (or characters who haven’t interacted in years meeting again). My only complaint is that the episode felt like a season premiere. When you’ve only got 6 episodes left I want to just headfirst into the juicy stuff!
