Kotobukiya is launching a new line of DC Comics ElseworldARTFX Statues, and it’s first piece is Flashpoint Batman! In the Flashpoint storyline it was Thomas
Wayne who became Batman (and not his son Bruce) after Thomas’ wife and son were
murdered by a robber leaving a theater. This ARTFX statue is based on the Flashpoint
Batman’s appearance in that now iconic 2011 storyline.
The red circle behind the bat symbol and the red holster
that holds his gun that he uses to mercilessly fight criminals are all elements
that add a vivid color and accent to the Flashpoint Batman’s dark-toned
costume, instilling fear in enemies. The
pose shows a father who is full of determination as he can be seen walking
toward the light.
