Curse of the Mutants Marvel Minimates Box Set
Based on the X-Men crossover “Curse of the Mutants” comes this storyline accurate Marvel Minimates box set from Diamond Select Toys. This specialty market exclusive box set features four of the main players in the “Curse of the Mutants” storyline: Blade, Dracula, Wolverine and Jubilee. The Blot’s a sucker for all things Jubilee, so I am pretty excited to see a new Jubilation Lee action figure even if it features her new vampire look.
Each Minimate stands 2.5" tall with 14 points of articulation and a variety of removable and interchangeable parts and accessories. The Curse of the Mutants Minimates box will retail for around $18 and comes packaged in a window box.

Blade II Screen Print by Mike Sutfin
The Blot’s jaw seriously dropped when I learned Mondo would be releasing a Director's Series of prints based on the films of Guillermo Del Toro. The Blot loves Del Toro’s work and can’t wait to see what artists will be involved in this exciting project. The first Del Toro inspired piece is a Blade II movie print by legendary artist Mike Sutfin! Sutfin’s artwork is incredible and you won’t find more detailed drawings of skulls and monsters anywhere. This print looks so good, maybe Marvel Comics needs to get Sutfin to start doing Blade covers!
Blade II by Mike Sutfin is a 24”x36” signed and numbered screen print on silver metallic paper. The Standard Edition print with gold ink has a limited edition run size of 175 pieces and will retail for $35. The Variant Edition features red ink, has a limited edition run size of 75 pieces and will retail for $50 each.
Both Blade II prints will go on sale today, Thursday, December 2nd, at the Mondo Tees online store at a random time.
