Toy Titans Toytem Vinyl Figure by Gary Ham

This Friday, December 20th, Gary Ham will be releasing the Toy Titans Toytem, which is quite possibly the greatest collaboration in the history of designer toys! Designed by Gary, the Toy Titans Toytem celebrates five important contributors to the world of designer toys: Lulubell Toy Bodega, SpankyStokes.com, Rotofugi, Dragatomi, and Clutter Magazine/The Designer Toy Awards. The Toy Titans Toytem stands 11.5” tall and is comprised of five stacked vinyl pieces, each representing the mascot of a “toy titan.”

As with Gary’s previously released Monster Toytem, the Toy Titans Toytem is fully interchangeable and stackable. It can even be combined with the Monster Toytem! The Blot loves unannounced releases, and we got one last weekend at Scott Tolleson’s solo art show Misrememberance at Dragatomi. If you were wondering why there was no Deadbeet release at NYCC 2013, it was because the LA artist was unexpectedly releasing the vibrant “Pink Ass Beetch” Deadbeet out west! The unpainted “Pink Ass Beetch” Deadbeet is cast in hot pink soft Japanese vinyl, stands 7.5” tall and pays tribute to My Little Pony with a hilarious header card. SDCC 13 Exclusive TY_PO GRAPH Custom Figures by Ryan the Wheelbarrow

Debuting this year at Dragatomi's SDCC Booth #5350 is Ryan the Wheelbarrow’s latest and greatest custom vinyl series, TY_PO GRAPH! This dynamic display of custom vinyl art toys is a sort of self collaboration…a merging of Wheelbarrow’s graphite/watercolor/ink "DRAWINS" and the typographic chaos of his vintage dry transfer fonts. Both contrasting styles are organic in application and delicate in nature. This set truly represents Ryan the Wheelbarrow’s artwork at the present moment. SDCC 13 Exclusive Unpainted Purple PickleBaby Vinyl Figure by Leecifer

Wow, Leecifer’s PickleBaby is back and this time he’s being produced in beautiful soft Japanese vinyl. After a couple of awesome hand painted releases in resin form, Leecifer self-produced this crazy looking vegetable monster. PickleBaby is actually an alien that crashed into an abandoned cucumber field where the deceased farmer was buried with his last crop. So nearly vaporized, PickleBaby fashioned a new body from the farmer’s remains and the freakishly giant pickles readily at hand. If you look closely you can still see some of his alien DNA present in his right leg.

For PickleBaby’s first vinyl release Leecifer will be releasing a dark blue unpainted colorway in honor of Dragatomi! Gammy, Leecifer’s original resin creation, is back in a new San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Exclusive blind box series!!! SDCC 13 Exclusive Furry Feline Plush Figures

Furry Feline Creatives will be releasing two awesome San Diego Comic-Con 2013 exclusive plush figures! First up is a collaboration with Dragatomi entitled the Puffridge Dragatomi! This Comic-Con exclusive plush is 12" tall and was handmade by Cheri Ong. For this release Furry Feline Creatives’ Purridge is cosplaying as Dragatomi’s mascot dragon. Limited to just 10 pieces, the San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Exclusive Puffridge Dragatomi Plush can be purchased from Dragatomi's SDCC booth #5350 for $60.

Furry Feline Creatives’ second San Diego Comic-Con 2013 exclusive is the Maneki Neko Purridge. This fun plush features Purridge as a Maneki Neko (or Beckoning Cat), a Japanese figurine which is often believed to bring good luck to its owner. The handmade SDCC 2013 Exclusive Maneki Neko Purridge Plush stands 12” tall, is limited to just 20 pieces (10 white and 10 black), and can be purchased at the Furry Feline Creatives SDCC Small Press booth P13 for $50.

ESC Toy’s SDCC 2013 Exclusives Are Here!

Every year Erick Scarecrow and ESC Toy bring the heat to San Diego Comic-Con and this year is no different! Scarecrow will be setting up shop at Dragatomi’s SDCC booth #5350 and he’s got so many amazing exclusives and customs that really show off his unique art style.

First up is the San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Exclusive Mini Smoke Soopa 3” clear resin figure, is limited to just 10 pieces and retails for $20 each. Then there’s a really cool custom Goofy Disney Pop! nicknamed Camspill Goffy. For this fun 3” figure Erick used Monster Kolor and is limited to just 6 pieces. Each figure comes signed and number, and retails for $50 each. And keep your eyes peeled for the cool Alien Pop! custom “Alien Cuss”. Limited to only 6 pieces, each 3" custom vinyl figure is signed and numbered by artist and retails for $75.

Next up is the PS Bot Blue! This 7" handmade figure comes signed and numbered by ESC and is limited to just 6 pieces. Pick one up for $300 each. There’s also the MK Drake by Monster Kolor and Erick Scarecrow, which is limited to just 9 pieces and will retail for $125.

Yesterday Bigfoot One released the second colorway of his awesome Fujisan vinyl figure! Limited to just 120 pieces, the 8” Shadowman Fujisan vinyl figure by Bigfoot One will retail for just $90 at Dragatomi’s online store and specialty retailers worldwide.

On the darkest night in a shifting continent of primordial earth, the Shadowman silverback humanoid was born forth from black volcanic magma, forming a body made of the hardest black volcanic rock, and hands, face and feet of the heaviest metal. Little is known to humans why the Shadowman came into existence, except that he is said to haunt the black volcanic mountain he emerged from, and feed on the darkest imagination of humans.

For Dragatomi’s first custom Android series of 2013 the Sacramento designer toy store has teamed up with popular San Francisco artist Valleydweller! Entitled “Thirty-Nine Eyes Blind”, Valleydweller’s new custom series features 16 awesome figures that all feature multiple glow in the dark eyes (hence the name).

The “Thirty-Nine Eyes Blind” Custom Android Series by Valleydweller goes on sale at the Dragatomi online store today, Wednesday, January 23rd, at noon PST for $80 per blind box.
