Indiana Jones Trilogy Print Series by Phase Runner x Bottleneck Gallery

Today, Bottleneck Gallery and artist Phase Runner take us back to three heart racing chase scenes from the original Indiana Jones trilogy with these action packed new Indy prints! As BNG explained, “The three original Indiana Jones movies are action-packed adventure films that go out of their way to put Indy in distinct, life-threatening and exhilarating scenarios that see our titular hero being chased by everybody and everything, including giant boulders. Indiana Jones Original Trilogy Screen Prints by Lyndon Willoughby x Bottleneck Gallery

Today, Bottleneck Gallery is releasing a new series of Indiana Jones Trilogy screen prints by artist Lyndon Willoughby! As BNG explained, “Lyndon’s newest set of prints for the original Indiana Jones trilogy riff off a minimalistic style, presenting iconic objects from the film series and filling each one with an even more iconic moment. Each print has a dominant color, reflective of the mood of the film, and together the set is just colorful, but rough and tumble--just like Indy!”

The three movie posters in this series are “This Is History” for Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, “Fortune and Glory” for Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, and “Choose Wisely” for Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.  Each is an 18”x36” hand numbered screen print with metallic inks.  The Regular Edition of each print is limited to 175 pieces and will retail for $50 (or $145 per set), while the Variant of each print is limited to 75 pieces and will retail for $60 (or $175 per set). Artist Rob Loukotka continues his awesome Famous Desks Screen Print Series with this epic “The Desk of Dr. Jones” screen print featuring the hypothetical desk of Indiana Jones! What’s amazing about this design is all the time Rob put into this super detailed image. There are over 40 items from the Indiana Jones franchise’s first three movies in this one illustration! “Temple: 1984” Indiana Jones Screen Print by Dave Perillo

Later today Dark Ink Art and Acme Archives will release the second print in its new Indiana Jones Screen Print Series by Dave Perillo! Following “Raiders: 1981” comes “Temple: 1984” based on Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. Once again Perillo does a fantastic job utilizing his multi-panel approach to summarize an iconic film. The Blot just wants to know if this series will end after three prints or will everyone be forced to acknowledge the existence of Kingdom of the Crystal Skull!?!

Entertainment Earth Exclusive Sallah and Short Round Indiana Jones Mighty Muggs

The Blot’s been waiting for this release for a while now. After the Previews Exclusive Star Wars and Marvel Legends Mighty Muggs releases, as well as the scheduled Toys R Us Marvel Legends Mighty Muggs release, we now have news of an all new exclusive Indiana Jones Mighty Muggs set. Coming in November 2008, exclusively from Entertainment Earth, are the Sallah and Short Round Mighty Muggs.


These are two of my all time favorite Indiana Jones characters and essential additions to anyone’s collection of Mighty Muggs from the original Indiana Jones trilogy. The best part of these Mighty Muggs are their hat accessories, a fez for Raiders of the Lost Ark’s Sallah and a baseball cap for The Temple of Doom’s Short Round. Both of these accessories will great for future Mighty Muggs customs.
