For the second week in a row, Max Toy Co is releasing a brand new figure, this time from the super talented Jay222! Lady Vengeance is Jay222’s first production piece based on his original sculpt and it looks crazy scary, which is pretty appropriate since his customs always showcase his love of classic horror films and comics with a slash of twisted humor. Although Jay222’s style is not often associated with kaiju, Max (of Max Toy Co) explained on his blog that he was drawn to this project with Jay through their mutual love of horror movies. The Blot is super excited for this release because I feel like it does an amazing job pushing the boundaries of what a kaiju figure can be.
Lady Vengeance by Jay222 features 1 point of articulation (at the head) and stands approximately 3-4” tall. The first Lady Vengeance colorway to be released is this really nice unpainted blue in soft Japanese vinyl, and it goes on sale this Friday, August 3rd, at the Max Toy Co online store for $20 each.
